The taro milk tea is terrible, it is the worst milk tea I have ever had!

I come here quite often and staff is great. the baristas are always helpful and service is amazing. the only thing to keep in mind is they don't take cash. personally I don't mind it since I usually order on the app so I can rack up points :)

Very disappointing that you can't use cash here, I was here without my debit card (left in my car) but I had cash on me and they wouldn't take my cash so I couldn't buy. Also they made my mother who is elderly and can't see well or knows how to use the tablet to order try to use it instead of taking 30 seconds and just taking her order verbally.

Stopped by Gong Cha since it has been some time since I had them.I ended up getting the QQ passion fruit green tea without coconut jelly. I ordered it with 25% sugar, but it was still on the sweet side.Boba was $7+ after tax. Definitely super pricey for what I got. Passion fruit flavor tasted a bit off. Boba was cooked well.Drink was made fast.Parking available at the mall. Entrance doors next to Nike/Starbucks.

i'm surprised how dirty their ipads were when placing a drink. i;m also taken back that for coming here at 11am on a sunday they were out of coffee specialty selections , and i couldn't even talk to a staff member about other options.not for the less tech-savvy folks that like human interaction. with my wait time, the only word spoken during my 7 minute was "12". lol.3 stars because they gave a ton of lychee jelly in my drink which i loved. but mos' def not worth the 7.50 fruity tea.

I come here every week and get a passion fruit tea. This drink is consistently good and one of the workers Abigail recommended 50% sweet which is perfect. The workers are always having fun here, they are very bright kids.

Not only did i have to wait 13 minutes for my drink when there was no one ahead of me in line. The girl that served me, I think her name was Abigail, was snarky toward me and upheld a rude attitude. And the only reason she took so long to make my drink is because instead of making it, she was busy chatting with another worker who was a boy. And, when my drink finally arrived, it came without the coconut jelly I ordered and my drink didn't even resemble the drink I always receive when I order it. I was disgusted by her service and our interaction alone is the sole reason i even created a yelp account.

I came in 10/12 around 12:30pm for lunch and decided to stop by here. If you have this guy making your drinks, expect paying $6 for water. I ordered Lemon Juice with White Pearl Ai-Yu and it tasted like water with jelly and pearls. No lemon taste at all. Not to mention he poured faucet water from the sink into my drink. Stay away from this guy.

I used to like Gong Cha because it had a good variety of drinks and the staff were attentive and professional. Now that there are many competitors out there, although the drinks don't stand out too much, I'd still come here due to its convenient location. However, recently I noticed esp. during weekend even though there seem to be a lot of employees at the front, a few of them are just blatantly talking to each other, checking their phones, laughing out loud, while we are left waiting for this one girl to make drinks. She's trying her best to make one after another, but nobody else seems to be helping her. This is super unprofessional and a very bad experience for the customers. I strongly suggest the manager address this issue immediately and have proper employee training and set the proper expectations. Otherwise Gong Cha brand really doesn't have much left.

Don't waste your time. I am here on a Saturday at 5:30PM and waited almost 30 minutes for two mediocre drinks and two waffles-- totaling $30+!!! The drinks are not as good as they used to be and the waffles have little flavor. You can get better drinks and mochi waffles literally anywhere else. The girl working there had a huge attitude when another guest asked her a question and she was too busy talking (or flirting) to another worker to even help the guy that was working there. The guy who was working there was the only one actually making drinks. He was fantastic. I have been a supervisor at a similar-style food/drink place and would be disappointed is this is the service my staff provided to customers. Not to mention our drinks were sitting on a separate counter for at least 15 minutes. We got them all melted, in addition to our lukewarm waffles. PLEASE go to a literally any other Boba place. This franchise unfortunately has lost the plot.

Only one or two girls that’s actually working. There’s spilled boba everywhere on the counter and very unorganized. Poor girl.Saw a teenager looking young man touched his shoes and pulled up his socks then proceed to make drinks without washing his hand. Unsanitary. Then stood around and talk to other coworkers and didn’t work when it was really busy. Just stood around and did nothing.Drink was wayyyy too sweet when I only asked for 30% sugar. Won’t come again.

Came here from the Midwest to get my favorite boba tea place. Got here 15 minutes before closing, before my flight. A group of employees sitting in the back on their phones while I was waiting to order, only to hear “oh we are closed” and I said “don’t you close at 8pm?” And she said “yeah but we ran out of some ingredients”. She didn’t even ask what we wanted so that she could try to make it. Will never go back to this place again!

This is my favorite boba place! The pearls are very chewy and flavorful and I love the rainbow and star jellyjelly. There are a variety of teas and other drinks, like smoothies. A few non-caffeinated drinks, which is great for kids.
