Really good food very good service similar portions so you may have to order a little bit more. Dessert was amazing. They only offer one, but it is totally worth getting high tea offered several other desserts so if you want a lot of dessert, do high tea.

It was my first time going and we decided to celebrate my birthday dinner. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and we had a great time. They also made a very cute birthday card with my name on it. They were very on top of removing the plates and making sure my mom had a refill on her hot tea's.

I went with my 5yr old daughter for their noon tea.Reserved online before we went so it was straight forward. The place is extremely pretty, I love their glass finish interiors, so chic and high end. But the high end stops there. The service is ok. I waited to customer ratio is extremely high I guess because it's slow. The food here I want to review it into two psrtsPart 1) their patisseries tower and tea- it's amazing. I love the collection and their tea is ok. I wish their had chamomile tea but that's ok. I also want to warn you that the tower is just patisseries and not sandwiches or scones which isn't technically a noon tea according to me. I'll give 4 star for whatever I ate in the towerPart 2) their food. It's extremely bad and overly priced for a very small portion. Their shui Mai was very avg and the dumplings was just very bleh. I got three pieces (small portion, too good taste is usually this was just small portion poor taste and expensive food). Their noodle was extremely bad too with no taste and really stake tasting shrimp and meat, I was beyond disappointed. Here is my take away, go only to eat those tiny patisseries and drink tea and don't even attempt their food and u r ok. But remember just sweets will be hard to consume and u might end up ordering something that u will 90% regret.

The siu mai was cold and tough , wagyu fried rice had very little meat like 2 tablespoons not worth it and chicken potstickers were weird slime filled very disappointing also the hostess was not polite the waiters were nice .the only good thing is the bbq pork bun with delicious crust.

Pricey for low quality of food. Fried rice is bland. Dim sum is quite similar taste as instant dim sum. Personally do not recommend to try. If you want to spend that much money, try Din Tai Fund instead. They are pricey too but good quality of food.

The upstairs dining area environment is nice but we got the downstairs area which was cheap feeling and cold. They did not serve the same menu shown on the website for pastry afternoon tea which was the reason we went, staff explained that they did not update their website. The pastry afternoon tea was disappointing as the food couldn't compare to other pastry shops. We tried less than half of each item and just left the rest. Very disappointed.

I was afraid this place was overhyped, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was tasty in addition to being very pretty. The dessert tower was a wow and the dining room is gorgeous. Servers and hostess were very friendly and helpful. All in all a lovely afternoon tea.

Planned an intimate baby sprinkle/birthday for a small group of 5. They hand decorated a personalized birthday card for the birthday girl and made sure to congratulate the expecting mother. The tea was constantly refilled with hot water. It did take some time for the server to take our order. Savories we ordered were great and the dessert tower was amazing. I'd come back.

I went here for a birthday lunch with my girlfriends. Beautiful place in Valley Fair Mall on the second floor with lavish decoration and awesome service. We ordered a lot of stuff and overall literally enjoyed our experience. The trio dim sum fried combination was great except the duck was a bit under season. The Wagyu black pastry and the pineapple barbecue pork bun was good. The sea bass was over season and too strong. The Wagyu fried rice was really one of the best tastes with just the right seasoning and not too overpowering. The pork dumplings with spicy sauce was just okay. The XLB was really good, thin skin and very soupy inside. The string bean with chicken and dry shrimp was very well done. The seafood and chicken noodle was just okay. Crème brûlée was a nice touch ? overall I would want to come back and try different things.

The food quality was beyond my expectations. I did the A LA CARTE. I highly recommend the Chrispy dim sum as the starter, Stir-Fried Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin, and Kongbao Chicken for the entree. It is a bit pricey but the staff at the restaurant was friendly and the service was good. Overall my dining experience was great, will go back again to try different dishes and menus.

Meh seems like the best way to describe this place. The food is pretty good. We had the waygu fried rice and duck pumpkin dumplings. The pumpkin dumplings are very cute. The fried rice wasn't hot. The service bombed for sure. Other tables that were sat after us were greeted first, one of the dishes we ordered never came out, we didn't get water refills. Even once we asked for the dish that never arrived to be taken off the bill, our server didn't even apologize. She just said "I'll go take that off". Wish we'd gotten a little remorse of an offer to have something else brought out. It was a beautiful day out, so we sat outside but the seats were ripped. Definitely impacted the otherwise nice atmosphere.
