I've been ordering pizza and sandwiches from Italian Brothers Bakers via the Slice app throughout the pandemic, the last time on August 17th. It will most definitely be the last time. I ordered a large pizza with prosciutto, and a Messina sandwich. Every time I've ordered pizza I've added "well done, please" to the special requests section, and every time it's been ignored. The pizza has always been good, so I could deal with that. This time it seemed like it was even less cooked than usual. The sandwiches have been fantastic in the past, but not this time. The Messina sandwich is roast beef, and it was about 90% gristle. Inedible. It ended up in the garbage. I contacted Slice about this, who in turn contacted Italian Brothers Bakery, who did nothing. I'll be going elsewhere for pizza and sandwiches.

Tried their cannoli, tiramisu and panini ice cream sandwich. Friend said it was a bit too much bread for his taste in the sandwich. The cannoli and tiramisu were alright.not a bad place to sop by for some cheap and quick dessert.

The gelato was amazing. We tried both regular and dark chocolate, as well as amaretto flavor. All were fantastic!!

Amazing freshly made individual pizzas. Each topping is .99! I added Italian ham, sausage, pepperoni and my Italian friend added Calabrese spicy cured meat. Hub loved it! The center of the pizza is extra tender with sauce and cheese. My Italian friends thoroughly approved of the authenticity and devoured their pizza. They also bought us cannoli saying the ricotta is made from goat milk. Crunchy on the outside, but not overly thick shelled, with light creamy ricotta. Yum!

Very nice service and friendly staff. Everything is so freaking fresh it's so nice. I got myself a cannoli and loved it so much. I also got a Carmel coffee and DAMN THAT WAS ONE OF THE BEST COFFEES I HAD. Coming here again for sure.

Holy moly. You got to try their specially order cake. They only sell slices. The cake had layers of hazelnut mousse (i think), chocolate cake and another layer of chocolate ganache. Something crunchy on the bottom. It's very chocolatey. Awesome. Unique.

I've been curious to try this place so I finally went. All their baked goods just looked so good! I ended up getting their tiramisu (not pictured) and pistachio ice cream. Starting off with the tiramisu, I was so surprised on how much flavor it had and it was super creamy! This was definitely the best tiramisu I've had in a while. As for the pistachio gelato, I chose this flavor because I saw that it was almost out so I was curious to know if it was that good. To my surprise the gelato was super creamy and had a great pistachio flavor that was authentic compared to others I've had were it was artificially flavored. Overall super delicious! As for customer service the woman who was helping me was super sweet so I had a pleasant experience

Saw this small place while eating at the Breakfast Club and stopped by that evening. Had a great variety of sweets and fresh made Gelato. We ordered an 18" pepperoni pizza with sausage, cannolo pizza with pepperoni and olives, tiramisu coffee cake, lemon cake, and from their Gelato we had Strawberry, Mango, Pistachio, Vanilla and Cookies and Cream. First impression very clean place and owner was super friendly and made ordering easy. Now onto the ratings. Pizza was good and we would give it a solid 8 but definitely would go back and eat it while it's fresh. The cannolo pizza was something different and haven't seen those out here in the valley. The rating for that would be a 10!! Super delicious and bread was super soft and crunchy and great flavor! The pastries were delicious as well! Tiramisu coffee was very coffeeish lol that powder made me cough on the first bite!! Lemon slice was super soft, moist and a great not overwhelming lemon flavor. The Gelato from those four I would have to give the Strawberry first place, second vanilla, third mango, fourth cookies and cream and fifth pistachio. Great place give them a try and support them! ??

Pretty good Italian bakery. Came during a weekday and there was still a small line. I ordered a #1 sandwich, a gelato, and a limoncello cake. The sandwich was really big. They make it in front of you and it comes out warm. It was a little too oily for me. I might try it out with different sauces. For the gelato I got it on a cone with hazelnut and coffee. The hazelnut was icy but the coffee was creamy. Lastly, the limoncello cake was a little dry at the sides. The cake is also really heavy.

I never knew there was an actual Italian Bakery in San Jose. First time came here. They have Italian pastry, ice cream and pizza under one roof. I tried their Italian Brother's pizza and it was very good. Thin crust and not too oily. I also tried their cheese cake and it was super delicious. Then i tried a scoop of their vanilla ice cream. It had a very nice quality taste to it. My whole family enjoyed everything. Specially my daughter who is super picky when it comes to food. We will be back.

Ordered 2 pizzas for takeout, they were great. To me their pizza was closer to what you would get in Italy compared to the other shops in the area, though the crust on the large was thicker (more typical American, outside of NY). They have earned a spot on our rotating pizza night schedule.
