Our wonderful and friendly server, Ernesto, was the greatest. Very attentive and frequently made sure we had everything we needed. Food was yummy, hadn't been there in awhile, so it was my bd, I decided, "lets go!" I had fun! Thanks Ernesto and Olive Garden!

This is the closest to our home so we decided to go here for a birthday. Bad choice. The Blossom Hill location is much better. There was no wait when we got there so 8 of us were seated immediately. The server/waiter was nice but may have been inexperienced or over his head due to lack of training. He was hospitable and polite but wasn't too attentive IMO. I blame that on the management. Two of our orders were not made properly. Several of us had eggplant parmesan which is our main go to dish. I can tell you that the portion size has decreased significantly. And to make the dish seem larger than it is, they reduced the size of the dinner plates so that the dish fills it out. This could be a corporate change so not faulting the restaurant for that. I guess the sign of the times with inflation. The eggplant parmesan was a little too well done for us (we said well done but have never had it where the cheese was crispy). The ravioli was missing the marinara sauce. We had ordered a side of alfredo and the server thought we didn't want sauce even though we specified multiple times. My daughter ordered shrimp scampi with spaghetti. They mistakenly gave angel hair. It was her birthday and they had to redo her dish and she had to wait while the rest were served. During the dinner, the server failed to take away any dirty plates in a timely manner. When we were done with dinner, rather than cleaning up, he brought the dessert cake so that they can sing for her birthday. There was no room to put the cake or have at least a decent looking area since there was so much on the table. So I blame this on bad management. I filled out the survey and I like how one of the questions is always, "Did a manager come by and greet you too see how your experience was?" Well on my way out I decided to at least let him know about our experience. There was such a lack of empathy and just a quick "I'm sorry sir." There didn't seem to be much care at all. We ordered here meant times during the pandemic and tried to do our part to help this place. Sad to see it go downhill.
