I arrived ~10 mins before they closed. I wanted Honey Sesame Chicken, which they were out of. I asked to have it cooked fresh. The server, Leo, argued with me that they do not cook anything fresh and my options were the items already cooked. I asked him to talk to the mgr, Thuy. He skulked away, not happy. Sure enough, he comes back and tells the Laura, the cook to make me fresh Honey Sesame Chicken. She said the stove/grill was already turned off.I don't slight Laura for the stove being off, especially now minimum wage is $20 per hour. I am sure they don't want any one staying longer than necessary.Leo is the problem. His not knowing the store policy, giving push back and overall general attitude. It would have been no big deal his he was polite and let me know the stove was off, which he didn't even know about.I went to Mod Pizza, across the street and they had no problem filling my order so close to closing time.

I got the Firey shrimp and everything is uncooked. It is horrible. For $14, this is garbage.I got the food to go or I would have returned it ASAP after first bite.Their Chow main is just onion these days not enough noodles. They rush you to order as soon as you are there. They don't let you even decide and it is not like they were too bz today.

Found a metal clip in the food. And KungPao chicken was not the usual, super spicy and little of their sauce.

The people here need to triple check the orders before they hand it out to the customer. When it is a noble order. This is the 2nd time I have gotten the wrong order and no one would listen to what I had to say and wouldn’t give me what I ordered. I am never ordering from here again. That for taking my money and pocketing it…

We ordered delivery of two large trays 3 hours in advance of when we needed the items for a party. We received the two large items 1.5 hours late and the beef dish was extremely overcooked and not edible.

I have been a patron of Panda Express for years. That being said, I have had problems with certain employees. Most of them are excellent. Great people. They greet you with a smile. I have to say that this particular new hire is stingy when it comes to quantity. I ordered a large a la cart Broccoli Beef and got maybe a medium. This is very frustrating. I am in this establishment M-F ordering the same Broccoli Beef. My son loves your Broccoli Beef. He has autism and can't wait to have it when he gets home from school. When you are stingy it has affect on him. Please train your new hires to not be so stingy.

Very small portions, don't recommend. The third item is in a really small box. Order was ready within 2 minutes of online order, very suspicious, picked up bag was very light.

Unprofessional workers. Getting angry with customers for because their AC is broken and it's 30 degrees in the store.

Well, this place is designed for profits, not for customers. Been a panda customer for a while, but this has been by far the worse food experience. Unfortunately came here out of convenience despite bad reviews, regret it.The plus point is the customer service, definitely responsive and understanding!

This is my go-to Panda Express during the workweek! I work nearby (about 1 mile away), and I come to this area often for lunch. Panda always hits the spot. And the service here is always friendly. They serve me with a smile & greet me when I walk in, which is nice. My favorites are the broccoli beef, honey walnut shrimp, and eggplant tofu. LOVE eggplant! I usually get the bowl (about $10 total - I pay with cash & donate my change ;) Anyhow, I think Panda is solid Chinese food. ** Granted, I am a fairly Americanized Asian girl. It annoys me when people say... "Oh, Panda is not real Chinese food!" Hello... what more could you ask for?! An affordable lunch (my lunch budget is $10), good options, cute napkins (LOVE the red panda!), and that fortune cookie (I always look forward to mine.. ** I could always use a boost of extra good luck). We know it's not gourmet food... if you want that, go to a fancy restsaurant. Happy Lunching!
