I ordered a medium entree of mushroom chicken online but they gave me a small entree instead and the small entree didn’t have any chicken, it was filled with mushroom and zucchini. This portion is fit for my pet bird (a small snack for me). This isn’t my first time experiencing this. Customers should receive what they pay for. It wasn’t worth my time to come back and complain. I won’t come again and I don’t recommend others coming either.

San Jose Capitol Avenue branch (only)- Do yourself a favor and don't order online. They'll cover your items with glazed onions and capsicum with barely anything in it. Also, cold food everytime at night time online orders and their behaviour is noticeably very bad.

Portions are smaller than normal. Speak Spanish or Vietnamese to the clerks and they overflow your place. Be being neither was given a child's portion. We all paid the same price. The Bay Area should know better than this. It's too expensive to play stingy with different ethnicities. Be fair.

Very bad service today 1/27/2924 in the morning we went to eat and the service of the 2 girls who were serving us treated us in a bad way. Apart from that they did not want to give us hot sauce, they gave us one per person and in a bad way I told them I want more and I paid for them and they didn't want to. I hope the managers pay more attention to that.

Went today October 18th and this food was absolutely horrible.All the noodles were dry and my girls fried rice was super soggy ! Not to mention no beef on the broccoli beef suck an awful experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here … the workers need to go back to cooking class or learn how to whip up a east simple dish :/ such a disappointment

One of the worst Panda's Ive been to. Food is always bad tasting and they never have all the menu available. They should change their hours to close at 9 to avoid having ppl show up only to see that there's like 3 dishes from the entire menu available. It's the closest to my house but I go out of my way to avoid
