3 stars, service sucked but items were delicious, BUT I must say, being from LA where there's so much diversity, people are always treated with the utmost kindness most of the time. Being in San Jose, although just visiting, especially at this location (maybe because of the area), our cashier (young looking girl) gave us such attitude. Maybe because we're not of the race, BUT that shouldn't matter. Definitely experiences a straight racist attitude towards me. Never again! Paris Baguette, do better with your employees and teach them the simplest manners: Good morning, thank you, and you're welcome.

Don’t open your Uber Eats if you can’t fulfill your orders. At least call your customer if you have to cancel the whole order instead just let them wait for 30 mins and get nothing.

I love the cakes!!! They are not too sweet, and it keeps you wanting more. I love to reserve my cake for the day and time that I want it because sometimes they tend to run out of the one you want. I also love the different types of breads that this place has. I can't ever leave with just one thing. Depending on the time and day that you go, this place can be busy or empty. Since this place is at the century mall, parking may be hard to find.

Customer service was great when I paid for my items. The location is convenient since it's right by the entrance.Giving 2 stars because I was about to pick up a pastry to put on my tray AND THERE WAS A FLY ON TOP OF THE PASTRY!

I bought for pastry items. How much cheese, croissant, raspberry, almond, croissant , and chocolate croissant. Unfortunately, the trays were so sticky and I looked through multiple and they're all still sticky so I just used the tongs and the wax paper. When I got up to the front to pay, she said the trays are right there and I told them they're sticky and I said you should clean them and they said we clean them every day apparently not good enough so that's my only complaint. I do love their food but this particular one seems a little little bit below par.

In my family, we love getting our neighborhood goodies from Paris Baguette. The number one thing about their pastries? The quality of their sweets. I went here yesterday to grab a ready-made cake for Eritrean Independence Day, and I got the most delicious Mini Strawberry Soft Cream Cake (~$40). It said it would feed 6, but that's only if each person has huge slices. We sliced this cake for about 8 people in my family, and everyone LOVED it. The associate at the shop was also so sweet and put some writing on the cardboard for me. Love my neighborhood Paris Baguette -- I'm a forever customer, for sure!!
Their pastries are always SPOT ON, however, no one ever mentions anything about their drinks! I was surprised they also have smoothies and fraps. I had the Lavender Matcha Frap, not gna lie but this was pretty bomb -- Starbucks has a new competitor in the house.Anyways, I defintely recommend y'all try out their drinks, they can whip this frap out in less than 5 mins which is impressive.

The cake options for individual slices are really good here. I ordered a Variety of assorted cake slices and they were all good.The only issue I had is that they provide cold slices of pizza. I requested them to warm it but it tasted horrible as it wasn't warmed well enough.I will stick to cakes next time.

3/31/23- Love coming here when I don't bring lunch for work! Today the workers played TWICE - Heart Shaker for me because I said I snagged tickets to the concert! Love them for that! I love getting the hot dog pastries because of the texture of the bread! The chai tea is also so refreshing on a hot day!

The assortment of cake slices are really good here. I ordered 8-10 slices of different cakes and they all tasted great. The other items are good too though a little pricey.I did not like the pizza slices which were cold and chewy. I requested to warm them but it still tasted bad as it was still cold. But overall great place for cake. I would recommend for cakes and sweet bakery items that can be consumed at room temp.
