THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES !!! today FEB.01.23 i placed a order to walk in and see 4 ladies working and the one making pizza with bare hands.!!!! i was horrified !!! DONT COME HERE GROSSED OUT

They helped me get the best price 3 times in a row, I've told my friends to go to this awesome location because the staff is very professional and considerate to my budget , I get to eat great pizza for two days for one great price, keep up the good work, what a great staff, great attitude, I'll be visiting for a long time , from Carlos Rapidrodentremoval.

Fast Pizza was closed for the night so I went to the old high school favorite. 1st off wow no wonder they keep closing locations, the pizza that we used to love has gone to s**** Terrible, just plain nasty! Mine showed up fast piping hot. 1 medium 5 topping. So I got pepperoni and extra cheese....wanted it to be extra cheesy. Popped the box open and looked at it and someone left that in tooooo long. Burnt to hell. Then go to take a bite and said wow that was a bite of dough, tomato paste burnt pepperoni and a few cheese sprinkles to cover the tomato paste. The overall thickness of the pizza bread sauce cheese and toppings was not even quarter of an inch Thoroughly upset for a $30 pizza that shows up looking like a torched maxi pad. Tasted like that too!!! I tried my hardest to swallow 2 slices, by the 3rd one I was getting grossed out to the point of dry heaving. If you can't make a pizza it's time to shut the doors. I've seen kids during craft time make their own pizzas and the turned out better than this disgusting frisbee!! I will be dropping off the pizza back to the store tomorrow. I want my money back and since I had to bring it back I expect a drivers tip!!!!? Everyone needs to avoid this place, I don't think anyone there knows how to make anything properly, which means they probably don't clean properly or wash their hands.....Bye Pizza Hut

I used to like the pizza there, but last few pizza were quite different in texture and oil content. The last chicken wings I ordered there tasted weird and I fell sick. Won't be ordering from here again.
I've always ordered my pizza from Pizza Hut specifically this location, but tonight will be the last time. I ordered 3 pizzas for my family gathering tonight but what I received was a total garbage, pizzas were dropped and all the ingredients were shifted to one side of the box, and when I called to complain and asked for refund cause I paid $65 for the worst pizza anyone could have asked for, Emanuel the manager told me I should take the bad pizza back to the store so I can get my refunds, obviously if I could drive to the store, I could have picked up the pizzas myself and avoided the whole hassle. Anyways I was offered a new order and thank God that was delivered in a good shape. But this will definitely be the last time I am ordering my pizza from Pizza Hut, specially this location.

WOW!!!!! I had the best service I've ever had in my life. After realizing my local Pizza Hut closed I went to the Cottle location miles away. I order in person and wow I was blow away at the energized and attentive service, I felt at home right away! Special ordered pizzas in under 15 minutes. I was genuinely just so happy with the kind service. This has become my new go to for pizza. I wish I could remember her name but thank you for the most delicious triple pepperoni pizza! And the garlic bread with extra love, I just about passed out from the deliciousness! Thank you!!!! This location is my go to from now on! Thanks Cottle location for the amazing service on Wednesday! We will be back!

I'm sorry but based on everything going on right now with the pandemic and even if it wasn't the situation. We noticed the girl was putting cheese on pizza without gloves spoke to the manager. Instead of him letting her know, he continued to do what he was doing and didn't even ask her to put gloves on.
