Really nice little poke place. Worker was extremely nice and helpful in explaining whatever questions I had. $15 for 3 scoops is a really good steal compared to other places I've frequented which cost more and/or had limited topping selections for their price. Will come again if I'm ever craving poke !

We had two small bowls. We went there close to closing time. Taste was great and fish was fresh. Seaweed salad was included in the price, in many other places I've seen it as an extra.

Ordered on DoorDash and they gave me only 1 serving of salmon and didn’t even include the tuna as requested for a large bowl. What a rip off. Maybe it’s better in person but avoid online ordering here at all costs.

I have eaten here several times and really enjoy the food. The Poké Bar in the Westgate Mall Food Court has been around for a while now. In every case, I've found the food well prepared and displayed in a cold bar. All of the raw fish is in plain view and looks fresh.Today, I was very surprised by how nice and helpful the young lady behind the bar was. She explained how it worked, my choices, and the various beverages available.I made a custom bowl with ahi tuna, shrimp, crab meat, kale, and other items. Everything was incredible.The ambiance is that of a food court. You go through the line, get your food, and pay. This business only accepts credit cards-no cash, which seems to be a new business model with other food places I've visited. I really like this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!

I usually like this chain, since you can get a decent amount of poke, but the guy working the counter today at this location was super stingy. I ordered a large and got the equivalent of a small. For the price, it’s really not great.
Delicious and healthy food! It's very convenient if you use the app to order ahead. Your food will be ready for pick up when you arrive. It's in a food court at the West Gate mall so just a typical food court atmosphere. The employees appear to be local kids and they are friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my delivery order from here. They have signature poke bowls as well as the option to create your own. The bowls come in small, medium, and large sizes. I ordered the medium and felt it was a perfect portion size. For the base, they offer a choice of white rice, brown rice, or greens. You can choose your protein as well. I went with the tofu. It was quite firm and not seasoned, but they included a lot of it in the bowl which made the dish very filling. You can choose up to 9 ingredients, as well as crunchy toppings and roe. Avocado is an extra $1.Everything tasted very fresh and I loved the ponzu and spicy mayo sauces. Note that they put the sauces directly in the bowl instead of in separate containers.

Low key the best spot in the Saratoga West Gate food court. The 2/$8 musubi deal tastes great and is such a great value, especially because they let you mix and match musubi types anddd get brown rice instead of white rice. I got the spicy tuna musubi and a shrimp tempura musubi (2 pieces of shrimp, fried fresh to order!) and they were heavenly. Will 1000% come back.

I come here all the time on my lunch break, and my coworkers are regulars here!Service has been great, except for one girl who has been curt and sarcastic with my coworkers and myself. Owner is very kind, and I have come here since it opened! Their drinks/teas are good too! Just wish I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing the woman who was making my bowl :( Would give 5 stars if customer service was exceptional. Food tastes good tho!
