Ripoff ordering system. We ordered the family meal delivery online on Christmas eve, only half of the order was delivered. tried to contact the customer service, the auto reply only offered to give points to redeem for sides or $4.29 partial refunds. which was 1/10 of total price paid. Tried escalated to agents, the system the only generate a ticket and won't get back to you after 2-3 days.

I love popeyes but from my personal experience, this is the worst I've been to.. The service was very slow even for a Sunday lunchtime.. food was indifferent, staff disinterested, atmosphere was very bad, everyone annoyed at the wait for their food. Restroom filthy...

Wait wasn't too long! Had my chicken hot and ready to go. I was excited because I saw they had an Oreo cheesecake cup. Cannot wait to try it. The cashier and workers were nice. The location is right in the corner of the plaza. Super easy to find and there is tons of parking.The only reason why it's four stars is, because if I didn't check my bag, they would've forgotten my real cheesecake that was literally on the counter, but not in the bag

They had a dog in the kitchen while serving everyone and they gave us the wrong order and when we complained they didn't do anything about it it's a very unsanitary place.
Food is usually stale unless it's a special item, requsted off the menu but not sitting in a basket for over an hour..the staff is constantly joking with each other but annoyed woth guests and rude to customers. Not clean, not friendly, but it's a fast food chain, what did you expect..? There are good Popeyes but this one is not one of them.Check your order before you leave.They will give you a cheaper item to replace what they don't have or what they don't want to make and not tell you. That's really frustrating but you learn after they make same "repeated mistakes". Don't order special items without double checking and if they argue/lie to you, just understand that they don't care about your food or experience with them.
This is my absolute favorite Popeyes location. The chicken is always hot, delicious and well cooked.Whoever is frying the chicken really knows what they're doing! The people are very nice( Elizabeth is wonderful) and the tea is good and full flavored which is a plus since I don't always get soda. I've come here for years and always had a great experience.Vegetarian options: The fries and mashed potatoes are very good! The Mac and cheese is excellentKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here
This location is much to slow with their service. Everyone behind the counter acts like they don't want to be there. The cashier was rude. There are much better locations than this one. Don't waste your time.
