Always had good results here. This is my favorite fast food burger. Smashfries are good. Shakes are good too. Not sure why everyone is complaining.

This is a warning message to all of those loyal customers who have the Smash app on their smart phone. As a long-time customer, I got on the app today to use a reward (a classic smash for my birthday), and a special (sweet potato fries with purchase, I had to order a paid item). The app accepted my order, got my credit card information, and charged me for the entire order. When I arrived at the store for pickup, the manager and assistant manager both told me that I could not use my rewards or specials online. They were intended only for orders placed at the store. It is highly deceptive and unethical for the company to use the app to promote specials and rewards that I have earned, then to inject a technical rule to prevent me from using them. The store management said that the online was a separate part of the company and they had no power to do anything about it. I asked them to talk truthfully to their management about how this practice was manipulative and dishonest, and if they didn't make it right they would lose a lot of loyal customers. I have enjoyed their food since the start of what I believed to be a good company and would hate to say good bye due to a thoughtless action.

These are the best burgers. I'm not much of a burger guy and was raised on McDonalds. But I now have a new favorite burger joint. Oh and I'm gluten free. Gluten free buns yes!!!

I was one of only two people in line (one of 4 total - including takeout orders). I ordered a lettuce wrapped grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad. It took around 10 minutes to come out (much of which was just the employee fumbling around with my food after it was already made and served through the order window. I literally watched my food (all done) come through, then get left on the counter as the employees tried to figure out what order it was for (hint: there was only one order on the screen...)And then!! I received this: *tah-dah* (please reference picture. This, yes this, is what I was waiting for. Yum...

It is a little hard to find quality service from big chain stores right now but Smashburger went above and beyond for me. My husband was not going to get to eat his burger fresh so I asked if they could remove the bun to preserve the freshness and they kindly did it. Thank you for going the EXTRA MILE!

Poor service. Reduced serving size. Great food. I recommend that you try another location other than the Westgate location.Messed up the order again. Manager needs to train the employees better.

This place is definitely one of the coolest place in the area. Anytime I visit this place I am so pleased. They manage their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they provide. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Ordered online and came into the restaurant to pick up our order. The older white man working in the kitchen was NOT WEARING HIS MASK. He had it pulled down under his chin and he was laughing and talking to his fellow coworkers. He was IN the kitchen. Imagine how much saliva he was spreading. It just wasn't right. Really disappointed

I don't recommend smash burger. I just ordered the smoked cheddar brisket burger and it was such a disappointment. I couldn't taste any flavor but salt and oil. My order of fries was skimpy . My strawberry shake was good. I paid $19 for such a small meal. I'd only come back here if I had a free food item coupon.

Excellent burgers, made to order, priced right. The taste was incredible! The restaurant is trendy, but the music was a bit overpowering (of course, we were sitting right beneath one of the speakers). Restrooms were clean. The wait for the food was average, actually, what we would expect for food this good. This is a definitely a great place to have lunch, if you're looking for a great burger at a reasonable price. If we're in this area again, we will almost certainly return.
