Did not enjoy this. Taco Bell. I have no idea what is going on but they were obsessed with the idea of me using kiosks.... They say that they will not not cannot but will not take orders at the registers at all.... I'm into doing the whole face to face thing plus I deal with people better. So using a machine to take my order not okay. So I opted out of that and did a drive-thru.

The food was good for fast food and is consistent with other locations. I went through the drive-thru so the atmosphere was...a drive-thru. It was a dark evening and I couldn't see if it was clean. There was a staff member outside taking orders. He was polite and patient but I don't really like to order before seeing the lighted menu board. ? It really makes me feel rushed and I didn't get to order new items since I couldn't see what's offered. Overall, it was a fine experience and I wouldn't hesitate returning when I'm on that side of town again.

I hate this one Taco Bell location so much located at 5431 Camden Ave., San Jose, CA I don’t know how or why the workers don’t make the food correctly 9 out at 10 every time I go here my order is completely wrong and you pay for extra stuff that you don’t get I’m not sure what this places problem is but there’s some sort of problem here I will never in my lifetime. Will return to this Taco Bell location if management sees this, please do your job and hire your employees that actually know how to put together three items and make a taco

They always get my vegetarian requests correct. Other Taco Bells don't.Vegetarian options: Every dish is available with substitution on beans for meat.Parking: Park in the large parking lot near the store.

Jose on the coms and handing me the food kept it real, he was quick and held it down nicely. Everything was in the bag and he was a nice guy.

Drive thru after working all day, gentleman standing outside by menu taking order spoke so quickly that I had no idea what I even ordered. Got home and all 3 root beers were like dirty water. The soda machine needed a new bag of syrup. Tried to call, got an answering machine.... didn't receive a receipt either!! Horrible experience!! The person that handed us our order was nice and apologized for the experience we had ordering. We will not be going back to this location.... EVER!!!

It listed a combo as 20% cheaper than it actually was due to a problem updating it.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options.Parking: There are about 20 spots designated for Taco Bell, but the rest of the lot is available. Parking was a non-issue.
Only 2 workers on duty when we arrived there. Needless to say they were slow to get our order but they expedited drive thru that arrived after we entered the store....
