Taco Bell is lukewarm soggy burritos. Tacos fall apart after first bite... which I hate, especially when I eat in the car. I work close by and give it chances to change but it does NOT.Also, it is expensive.

This restaurant is disgusting and dirty. I once saw them throw a taco on the floor, pick it up, and give it to the customer. The workers are abusive and provide terrible service.

Ive always loved Taco Bell I have no complaints about the food whatsoever. Their staff however was extremely rude. To clarify we ordered our food no issue but when we received it we asked the guy at the window if we could get a lot of hot sauce he made a attitude face but proceeded to give us a handful of sauce I didn't feel comfortable but even so we asked if we could get another handful. With even more attitude now the young man handed us 2 packets of sauce and immediately closed and locked the window. NEVER have I felt this much humiliated and dehumanized in a drive thru before. The only thing I thought that might've upset him was we asked what our order was a couple times only because we just weren't sure what we ordered. I did realize there was more hot sauce inside the box after we left. Why couldn't he just say that? The driver I was with isn't fluent in English he currently is practicing his English. He felt extremely bad about the whole interaction. He spent the rest of the morning wondering why they acted that way and what did he do exactly to offend the staff. I know this seems like too much over some sauces, but we just genuinely don't know what we did wrong. I'll continue to love Taco Bell for a long time I'm sure, but I won't comeback to this location for a very long time that is certain.
