Had a lunch here. Asked for a glass of water to have with my food since I don't drink sodas.Manager refused to give me a cup. Her logic was that customers use the water cups to drink sodas. I told her I just need a glass of water and she got really rude and ask me to pay for the glass. This is awful place to do business with. I subsequently called taco bell corporate office to voice my grievance which they have not returned my call. Please don't give your business to this particular taco bell . Most personal there unable to communicate in English. Manager who spoke English was extremely rude and doesn't deserve to work there.

This location has taken a turn for the worse, today I placed an order through the app and when I went to pick up my order the staff refused to give it to me, I showed them the app where it showed the correct location and that the order was ready for pick up and the lady at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful and told me that she would not give me my order and that I could call Taco Bell and she closed the window abruptly.

Worst experience ever. Most horrible rude ‘manager’ ive ever had the awful chance of meeting. Total disrespectful ungrateful little snobby brat of an employee, would rather not eat Taco Bell ever again rather then eat here. If she was demoted or fired I would come back but it’s not worth it to deal with her attitude and unsafe food practices. Food had hair in it and wasn’t made properly. Didn’t get my drink.

On August 26 around 3:40 pm I was treated unprofessionally at this location. My brother and I stood at the counter for about 5 mins till an employee shouted from across to use the kiosk. This was my first time ordering from a kiosk and I was struggling to put in my order. I asked the employee if she can help me look for a certain item I needed to customize. She gave me a dirty look and said it should just be on screen. I was shocked at her unprofessionalism and disrespect towards us. I asked for help again and she wouldn’t help. I went back to the screen struggling. So I went in my car and went through the drive through instead. The same girl that didn’t want to help handed me my order and I asked her which box had the custom tacos. She pointed at the second box. When I arrived home and checked I found that she lied. I couldn’t find them. I want everyone to know how rude this location is. They are lazy and don’t care about helping their customers. No excuse for this behavior.

This Taco Bell location has had a few employees that have delivered great customer service in my experiences here. Unfortunately, more often than not, I have seen and received very poor customer service from the staff here, including flat out offensive treatment from the manager herself, I believe Maria D. Is here name. I feel that in most instances, the professionalism or lack there of is something that starts with the GM and trickles down through the staff. This is one Taco Bell that I try to avoid for the most part, save the occasional revisit to see if things have improved. So far, over a 2 or 3 year stretch, the less than mediocre service has been consistent in my personal experience.
