The food was absolutely amazing, I wish I could've just ordered a never ending supply and had it airdropped to my house because there were so many items I wanted to try and as a vegetarian I usually don't get so many selections. Everything was also very affordable as well!

I don't ever spend a great deal of time at this Whole Foods location because it's outside my neighborhood. I tend to visit every once in a while because it's on the same street as another business I frequent. My overall impression is, it seems so much smaller than the locations I'm accustomed to - certainly a great deal smaller than the new Sunnyvale spot. It's well kept, things look fresh, and the staff are great. I just feel a tad bit claustrophobic in here, and I have a hard time finding the things I'm accustomed to shopping for here. Some of the items they simply don't carry. The one thing they haven't skimped on, however, is booze. I may be misjudging, but I think they have double the selection of stores twice their size.

I had a slight altercation with one of those Bird Scooters that helped me to fall flat onto the pavement. Someone had used it and left it right in front of the cart stall. Well, good old me was looking at the carts in the stall...and suddenly that Scooter was right in my way. A very nice young woman, named Veronica, went to find the manager. Yes, I did feel as I fell hard on me knee, because I could see some bruises. So, I went into the store to buy my Fish from Cisco, who has been the reason why I keep coming back. So, Cisco fixes up my Fish, just the way I like it. It was while Cisco was helping me, Joey, the Manager came over to see how I was doing. I have to say that Joey was one of other reasons why that store is my favorite, because he acted genuinely concerned about the altercation that I had with the scooter that got in my way. He even had a clerk bring a First Aid Kit, to make sure I was very well taken care of. Last, but not the least, Veronica was the one who was ringing up my groceries. I found it to be very nice how concerned she was about my scooter altercation, that she made me feel a lot better, for treating so nicely There you have Cisco, Joey, and Veronica, who were the kind of people working at that Whole Foods, who gave the very best kind of customer service, that will keep me coming back, every time. I left the store, making sure that one of those "feisty" scooters was not there, right in my way.

Good morning folks, Whole Foods is a great store is a great store to shop however you need to watch out for filipino security officer or PSO of the day . As I walk to my car I was harassed for being parked in a handicap when I was fully within my legal rights. The officer proceeded to call me inn thinking he was going to catch me not being truthful and using somebody else's handicap placard. Once he found that I was fully compliant with the DMV he gave me my drivers license and my placard back. I then thanked him for the harassment and went about my day.

While I have always felt the prices were a little on the high side, I have also preferred the quality as I find it to be pretty good and the WF selection ample. However, I personally never thought the customer service at any WF were friendly. Not to mention that, especially over the course of this past year, I have come to discover that the quality is no longer there and the product offerings are in great decline. Apparently, Amazon has taken over Whole Foods. As if Amazon wasn't big, bad, scary, and too powerful already! I detest Amazon and now it has ruined WF for me. So sad.

Want a light lunch and go with google search. Surprised to find this funky WFM. I usually go the one in Cupertino which is like ...a market. From outside, this one looks like a pop up market with hipster paint on a warehouse wall. The inside feels different( it may be same) coz of the natural light coming in from the roof. The smaller space actually make the shop more cozy and I like it.

This review relates specifically to the hostility inappropriately expressed toward my wife by the tall young woman behind the deli counter (between the sushi and the pizza counters) today (March 3, 2021) at approximately 4:30 pm. My wife pointed to a pasta salad, requesting one pound. The young woman behind the counter angrily responded by saying, "I don't know what you are pointing at -- you have to read the name to me" or words to that effect. She held her hands behind her back as she articulated this order in a way that was decidedly unpleasant. The pasta salad had a relatively long name (several words), including the word "mozzarella," which my wife could not pronounce. And maybe that was the point, as my wife is a non-native speaker of English from Asia and the attitude projected by the employee had a distinctly racist feeling to it. By the way, the employee was not wearing a mask, which can probably be confirmed by reviewing video footage, which the store presumably has. The video would also probably display her hostile expression. It is true that the salad was on the lower of the two levels of shelving but come on, now, it's easy enough to see where a customer is standing and pointing. The demand that my wife read the name out for the employee was completely inappropriate. Since when does a purchase at Whole Foods require a test of English? We have been customers of Whole Foods for about 25 years but my wife is now figuring out where else to purchase the products we usually buy at Whole Foods. To the employee: You succeeded today in venting your hostility in an ugly way. At the same time, you demonstrated your total lack of regard not only for decency but also toward your employer, as alienating a family of customers will translate during the years ahead into the loss of thousands of dollars in sales for the store. Nice work.

Only store that sells So Delicious Apple Caramel Crumble oatmilk ice cream so more stars than Safeway or Sprouts. You'd think more places would have dairy-free ice cream that also didn't have nuts in it but apparently only Amazon can manage that. Otherwise it's definitely a decent store. The cashiers and other store employees I've interacted with are great.

Really small Whole Foods compared to others. They don't have a lot of items or groceries here. It's the closest one to my place so I go here. The staff here are nice. I can ask them for where items are located though sometimes I've been given wrong directions and it takes longer to find but stuff like that happens.

Great store conveniently located about a block and a half from both the SAP Center and the San Jose Diridon Train Station. I was going to work in Santa Cruz for the day, and I needed something to eat and the Amtrak employee pointed me in the direction of this store. I had about 45 minutes before my bus, so I walked over the store in about five minutes and went to the Taqueria, where I got a Carne Asada Burrito and three tacos to go since I needed to get back to the station. The customer service both at the Taqueria and the front were fantastic. As for the food, the tacos were great and the burrito was just as great. Very filling on both. If you are ever in the area, I would definitely recommend this store.

During the pandemic, this store is kept very clean. The self check out area has a dedicated worker to wipe out the machines once each customer is done. I feel very safe to shop here. Amazon return was also hassle free. Worker was super efficient. Always a great experience shopping at this location . It's a lot better than the Santa Clara Augustine drive one which I used to go to while I had to be in the office.

I absolutely love Whole Foods and I only gave this location 4 out 5 stars because this location is small and is not as consistent as other Whole Foods on what they offer. They do a fantastic job of maintaining social distance at this location and sanitize and the carts, baskets, and self check outs between each use. The associates are friendly and helpful. While they do have a limited selection compared to other locations it does have pretty much everything you need and let's be honest... If they don't have it then you don't need it. HAHA They accept Amazon returns at this location as well.

We seldom shop at Whole Foods because it is far from our home. But today we made a trip because they are offering $10 credits for Amazon Prime day. First impression was the beautiful and creative shark mural towering over the parking lot, what a greeting from San Jose! Here are the treasures we bought from Whole Foods: * Cold Press juice - some places might offer fresh squeezed OJ, but here they offer all kinds of natural juices with a boost, ig ginger or turmeric. Honestly, I thought it was just OK. * Wallaby yogurt - organic, whole milk, cane sugar, real ingredients that taste great and satisfies the body. * Fish - this is their main supremacy over other grocery stores Oysters $1 Sat, what a steal, Miyagi was better than Kumamoto Smoked salmon belly was better than smoked salmon candy $26.99/lb Sable Black Cod for $9.99/lb, what a steal! If my miso cod turns out, I will be running back for more. *Bread - got ACME Pain Au Levain (20% whole wheat sourdough) and La Brea Baguette. My daughter said people who live nearby are so fortunate to have easy access to local bakery breads and Chantilly cake. Next time, will add Blue Bottle Coffee to my shopping list.

My husband who is African American just had one of the worse experiences while shopping here. He went inside to check to see if they carried a certain type of Keto ice cream. He says what from the moment he walked in the security guard who was outside walked in right after him. The security guests stayed very close to my husband following up and down the isle and kept watching him. This made my husband very upset and he walked out feeling very uncomfortable. When my husband told me what happened I decided to call and speak with a Supervisor because I saw how upset my husband was by this. I called Whole Foods 10 minutes after leaving the store and spoke with the Supervisor on staff. I explained to the Supervisor what an uncomfortable experience my husband had just had while trying to shop at Whole Foods for the first time. The Supervisor apologized and said they would be speaking to the guard.

Produce is consistently fresh, and the aisles are clean. Prices are high but that's not shocking for organic food in the area and the value is great. They've changed some processes to comply with county regulations re: COVID-19 (entering and exiting the store through different areas, must wear a mask, some areas are one-way only, though they're not enforcing social distancing of six feet as strongly as they were in March; but I suppose that's the point of requiring masks). Lines still move quickly and staff are really nice. We've never had a complaint. They have Acme bread here too so I often stop by to get a baguette with cheese and a spread, if not ordering from Amazon for delivery. They usually have a variety of loaves. Great selection of wines and local craft breweries too.
