Kind of went outta my way for this place for bbt and looks like it's closed, so can't really comment on it. Hope they're remodeling the place and it's not closed because I have yet to try it.

A nice tea shop downtown

Super convenient near SJSU. Boba is always done right whenever I've been here. Orders don't take as long as some other larger chains in the area. Pricing is similar to other shops.

I finally get to come here after wanting to come here for the past year! Although I'm in this area often on weekends or even some weeknights, the timing is usually off because Tea Village is not open on weekends, only weekdays but only until 8 PM. I actually made it here recently about 30-45 minutes before they closed but at least I get to finally try it! This shop is pretty small, with only a few tables/chairs for customers to enjoy their boba with no bathroom for customers. I was actually disappointed when I looked at the menu because I didn't see my usual jasmine milk tea on the menu but I ended up asking the lady working in the front and she informed me that they do have it. So I opted for my usual jasmine milk tea with boba with no high expectations. When I tasted my drink, I enjoyed it, it had the balance of the creamy/tea taste that I liked. But the only thing was the boba was on the more softer, chewy side which I don't prefer but overall the drink was good.

I got the coffee milk tea with cheese crema, and the sweetness was perfect. Just enough coffee kick to get me going. I would definitely recommend adding the crema to the top even though it's extra. The owner, who also made my drink was so nice. She greeted everyone who came in with a smile, and even asked if their drinks needed any adjustments. I enjoyed my drink, and will definitely be coming back to support her. I encourage everyone else to do the same!

I've been going to Tea Village for a year now and every time I go the workers are always so nice. I went tonight around 6pm and the worker said, "Happy Friday Eve!" Besides the nice customer service, the drinks are pretty good. I wouldn't say it's super amazing, but it's decent and can satisfy a boba craving. Anyways, I would definitely recommend it, especially the Black Sugar Fresh Milk Tea and the Strawberry Sakura Green Tea (It has real cherry blossom petals in it!!). By the way, they have happy hour from 6-8:30pm on Mondays-Thursdays ($3.50 for a large and only specific drinks).

This is one of my go to spots for boba downtown, however, the last time I was here, it wasn't like the past experiences that I had. I got three drinks: sakura strawberry green tea, matcha latte crema, and the regular boba milk tea with less ice. The boba milk tea was fine, but the other two drinks got a bit messed up.Sakura strawberry green tea: I asked for 0% sweetness but got 100%. The drink was too sweet for me, but I really liked the fresh strawberry bits! It was mostly ice, so next time I go, I'll remember to ask for less ice. Matcha latte crema: I asked for boba, which is an additional 0.50, however, they didn't give me boba in my drink. Service here is nice though and I probably should have checked my drinks. :(

Super friendly workers and quick at making orders! Their pandan waffles are the hidden gems, and their Vietnamese coffees are really good in case you're not in the mood for milk teas and stuff..
Friendly owner and delicious drinks!!! We ordered the passion fruit/green tea and strawberry/green tea

I loved my black sugar fresh milk tea! It tasted just how it should. Fair warning, I do like my drinks sweet and this drink was fairly sweet ( generally black sugar milk tea is sweet). I did not get pearls so I cannot say how good they are, but I would surely go back again. My friend who also got fresh black milk tea says that it's on the sweeter side but she can tell they used real ingredients and you can taste the milk.

Tea doesnt have a strong taste If you just want the syrup flavor this place is probably ok (my coworker liked chocolate hazelnut) Cute ambience Would not recommend for boba connoisseurs if you're used to strongly brewed tea

Ordered a pork bun. Waited forever for it. Apparently they don't have the food they're advertising for sale.
