Plenty of drink options and non caffeinated choices for the kids. The drink flavors were spot on. The food was tasty, with a big serving of cold rolls and long loaf Vietnamese sandwich. Would have liked more pickled veggies inside but there was plenty of meat.

I've always pass by this place because it was close to home so I finally decided to stop by and grab a boba tea. Plus I was thirsty from doing some shopping around this area.? There's not much parking space here. It took me sometime to find a spot but I got happy as soon as I walked inside. The place is clean simple, and welcoming.
