I have been coming here regularly since I moved to San Jose. Flat white is done consistently well! I do recommend all to try it - it also feels like a community with the family who is running the shop...

This place is really a good place for people who wants to relax. A very cozy place with free Wi-Fi and their foods and coffees are all affordable. The place is very quiet and the ambiance is perfect for students and those who just wanna hang out. This is my preferred place when I need some time. I really loved the place. Thank you!

I switched up my morning routine by checking out Vero's Coffee Bar, which is in the SoFa Market. I arrived around 8:30 on a Thursday, and I was the only customer in the entire place. It was so eerily quiet since I'm so used to seeing it very lively. Not sure if this is due to the pandemic or if this is just a regular thing if you get Vero's early in the morning. Customer service was great. I was kindly greeted by the lonely barista, and she was very friendly. The drinks she made were excellent, and she made them swiftly.I ordered an iced bhakti chai for myself and an iced Mexican mocha for my sister. I never had a bhakti chai before, so I was pleasantly surprised by the subtleness of the ginger flavor that complimented the cinnamon. I tried the Mexican Mocha and enjoyed it as well. It wasn't as spicy as I would've liked, but it had the essence of Mexican chocolate.Only bummer was that the only food to order were pecan cookies. They were the last things I would want to have for breakfast, so I had to venture elsewhere to get something heartier and nourishing.

Really liked it. Mexican mocha is nicely smooth and interesting without being overly sweet or creamy. Fruit scone is less dry than some versions - good. Nut cookie was really really good - almost like shortbread, with great flavor. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Great drinks, quick service and friendly owners. If they have the Horchata latte, it's a must-try!

One of my fav caffeine spot. Whether it's an Americano, Gibraltar, Iced Mexican Mocha, or soy late. there are options that all suffice and go down deliciously easy. Baristas and owners are friendly and chatty. Great way to pass a morning /afternoon, night cap..

There are a lot of coffee joints in close proximity to each other. Vero's is located next to the entranceway when you walk into SoFA through the farthest set of doors on the right. They mainly offer espresso and tea but also have some bottled beverages as well. They have some bakery items like croissants and bars, and some snacks to grab and go. SoFA was absolutely packed on a Thursday at lunch time pre-lockdown. It looked like there was a convention nearby since everyone had badges. Luckily no one was eyeing a caffeinated lunch so I was able to get my latte and chocolate croissant very fast. Both complemented each other really well. I didn't add any sweetener to the latte and it was strong without being too sharp. The chocolate croissant was also very yummy.

This is my favorite place! The prices are pretty standard and I like the options although I had a tea. It was great and could drink at the tables. Note, there are only additional pastries, no food items. But there are plenty of food options within a small radius. I'd definitely come back if I was walking by, it was a pleasant experience!

Loved the horchata latte! I would want to go back to try the other drinks too. I also liked how there were other small food/drink places around it.

Open early on Sunday. My latte was top notch. And the croissant was very good.

My husband and I come out of our way for their Mexican Mocha - it is delicious and absolutely worth a try!

Okay but other places nearby are better. Parking nearby is expensive, and they wouldn't validate (maybe they do some, but not the nearby lot).
