WP's is my go-to pretzel spot whenever I'm in a mall. Warm, soft, fluffy, yet sweet, you won't regret grabbing a bag of a Cinnamon Bitz or their Dog Bitz when you are fighting thru the holiday crowds. This particular location (Eastridge Mall) struggles a bit when it comes to customer service. Most of the employees are not too friendly, but once in a while you get an occasional smile and a bonus "Thank you".
