LOVE THIS SPOT! The staff was extremely patient and polite, they let me try a few samples before my confused mind made a decision. They have so much to choose from! A variety of toppings are also available. They have a rotating menu for the froyo, so you can keep coming back. I came in only for the froyo but left with an extra cup of ice cream. One of the best I've had.

Every time I come here, the custard machine is out of order. They’re even worse than McDonald’s!

Worst and Overpriced ($7) hot chocolate. It was extremely hot and the to go cups were extremely thin and low quality, also taste was not that great.

I just wanted to let Willow Glenn Creamery know it should update its hours of operation on Google. I drove pretty far, expecting them to be open based on information online, but they have their hours posted on the door stating they are closed on Mondays (it was a Monday). It just needs updating. It's a great place to eat.

Front staff ignored us and laughed when we asked for help. All white staff and only white people get service here. Disappointing.

They also had someone in the back with two giant golden retrievers. Definitely a health code violation.

The staff here needs better training.

Great ice cream/frozen yogurt place. My partner and I wanted desert after dinner and walked around and found this creamery. The cups are fairly large so even a mini size is enough for most individuals. Don't go bigger unless you're sharing. They also have a selection of dipped waffle cones which were amazing. Line was a little long but went fast once at the counter. Total was $15 for two with a dipped medium cone with a single ice cream, and a mini with two types of ice cream. Will go again! Definitely take a walk around with the ice cream, great date night and there was even some local harpists playing music nearby that we got to enjoy.

Went for a office meeting and SOPHIA WAS EXCELLENT- HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ASTOUNDING‼️‼️ GOD USED HER TO MAKE ME HAPPY WITH MY YUMMY FROZEN YOGURT TREAT- I was beyond satisfied‼️‼️‼️ God bless her and the shop ?

Absolutely love this creamery! The quality of their ice cream is top-notch—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor in every scoop. What's even more delightful is their thoughtful touch with free dog ice cream! My furry friend adores it, and it's such a heartwarming treat to enjoy together. Great flavors, great service, and a place that truly cares about all their customers, human and canine alike. Highly recommend!
