The miscommunication between Pizzahut Mobile App and this store wasted my coupon and my time. They don't even honor the coupon, even they said they do. I would never consider ordering here again. I had a coupon from Tmobile Tuesday which gives free 8 pic chicken wings when ordering a large 2 topping pizza for 7.99. I placed my order and got confirmation through email. I called to placed an order, whoever that lady work on 04/21/19 at 8p-9:30p. Just didn’t get her name since she hang up on me when I called back. I ordered and she asked my address 3 times and my phone number about 4 times and make me repeat my card number 3 times as well and I thought she definitely got it right and she repeated it to me and it was right, but when the driver called me to deliver my food she gave him a wrong number of the address and now Instead of the order...read full review

The pizza was cold, the sodas were warm. The website said 25 minutes but it took an hour and 20 to get here. The driver didn't give me the receipt to add tip and sign (kind of shady). Still tipped though. Apparently you need to pay for cheese and peppers now. Horrible overall experience. Go somewhere else.
