I see McDonald as a competitor to Starbucks. This is my opinion not an objective fact. It’s true to my reality however. I do eat foods once in awhile but not often as when I used to. I like their coffee. They are mostly clean and service is good.

Stopped by on the way to San Juan Capistrano and just got a quick bite of 6 pc nuggets for a great price. Like always, the restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and friendly!

I'm not sure if it was because I came here on a Saturday morning or what, but the girl in the black hoodie at 7am this morning operating the drive-thru had a poor attitude. She was careless from the moment I ordered to the time I had to walk back in because she couldn't get my order right. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's just because it's early, but no! It shouldn't matter if it's a fast food place or not, have better manners and better etiquette!

This location is not very clean has a lot of traffic that goes through it they mismanaged the McDonald's codes and try to blame the customer just not the best McDonald's overall they give you incorrect items on your order and Miss handled items and sooo much grease look at the

It's crazy to think that Mc Ds got the best drip coffee for the price and they do . I would much rather buy a drip coffee from here than Starbucks . It's got a nice roasty coffee flavor . Not too bitter just right . Obviously you could make a better one at home if you got all the equipment but try it you will be surprised . The staff is always so friendly and it's clean inside . Yes it's fast food not gourmet but it's definitely consistent. You won't get a raw patty . You won't get burnt anything. You won't get anything over greased. In this I appreciate this quick meal . Yes sometimes they mess up and give you something stale but hey we are human. Just go back and ask for another they will definitely make it fresh the second time . I come pretty much every morning when I'm running late so I'm just telling you my experience in the am . Later in the day idk I eat at home . Merry Xmas , Hanukkah and Kwanzaa!

I want to inform that the managers there are rude ! I saw one of the managers yell at this poor girl that was working there the employee made a little mistake I didn't mind it seem like she was new the manager came over and told her In Spanish she need to pay attention. The whole time I was waiting for my food I see the manager raising her voice. And telling the other employees "if she doesn't pay attention let her know and to listen" this poor girl looked stress while the other employees are not getting picked on by the manger. This is bad management they should be treading their employees with respect the manger had black hair and her hair was in a bun and she had a tattoo. I don't care where you work at don't be treating people with disrespect. Also when I went to use the restroom the bathroom was disgusting my food came in cold.
