I am now boycotting Ono. Fed up with establishments hiking up prices and then skimping on the food. Food and prices used to be really good here. I ask the workers whats happened to my BBQ chicken, he said oh it sticks to the grill thats why its broken up. No fool- you guys are eating my other pieces and giving me crap. Lol Hawaiian restaurants have gone down in quality in general so of course ONO will follow.

I went here on a non busy day. They took my order and didn't really have to wait for long. The food here is pretty good. My daughter loves their spam masubi and that is why i keep coming back here. Me and my daughter didn't wait that long and they were really consistent with their food. They gave me a lot of rice and macaroni as well, this meal is good for at least 2 people. Definitely would come back and try their other menus.

San Leandro High school Students who purchase food items from this establishment are not allowed to eat inside the establishment. This only applies to students even if its after school hours. What kind of discriminatory rule is this? If a customer, regardless of age, purchases a meal, how are they told They specifically aren't allowed to dine indoors? This makes no absolute sense. I understand if they are lingering indoors, but to spend $15+ and be told due to being a student, they cannot sit in? Sounds ridiculous to me. Why not ban them from spending money in the establishment as well?

This is a favorite! The food is consistently delicious and fresh, wait time isn't bad and portions are big, we get about 2 meals per order. He gets chicken katsu plate , fried shrimp as an appetizer, I get the chicken and beef combo.

They need to marinate the beef Rib Overnight and or a pre cook it because it be too tough to eat..... other than that I would given them 5 stars..

Shrimps - dry and hard.The fish - pink in the middle , seems not cooked all the way done. I did not eat it.I spoke to the employee and nothing was done. First and last time, Good-bye!

I expected less after see and read the review. But i was wrong. This place surprised me. I ordered the Hawaiian bbq combo. Did u see my portion? My gosh, it's a lot of food. I can't finish half of it. Food is 3. The taste is ok. I gave 1 extra star for the portion. That's a lot of meat. These day meat price is high. For them to give me so much meat, that's crazy generous.
