CAKE by Gala Bakery

Went to Gala Bakery website. Gala stated they are only taking online order due to COVID restrictions. I placed an order and prepaid. Gala responded giving me a time to pickup order. Went to pickup order, Gala said they do not have what is listed online. Very disappointed as this was a gift for someone. Gala could have informed me before I went to pickup my order. Had a last minute request for a birthday cake and decided to pop in here to see what was available. My decision turned out quite simple since they only had one flavor: white cake with strawberry mousse and vanilla icing. This turned out to be a good "choice" - the cake was moist, not super dense, and with a good amount of strawberry mousse. The icing was sugary but at a level standard to other Western-style bakeries. I want to thank Gala bakery for the services they have provided us. They went above and beyond on our wedding day. Great and easy Communication and kind in every way. The wedding cake was Gorgeous and delicious. I would Highly recommend them .
