My order came out to be $29. Tried to pay with a $50 bill and the rude cashier wearing glasses didn’t want to accept my $50 bill. “I have no change”. I’m pretty sure she has a $20 bill in the cash register.

My order was delivered incomplete and the packaging had some writing. And I was charged for the stuff not brought.

Very slow staff and a girl and a boy are just talking if they like each other they have to talk out of work while at work so they are talking more than they work if you don’t believe me please pay attention to them.

Mixed Experience at Starbucks in San Lorenzo, CARating: ⭐⭐I recently visited the Starbucks at 15600 Hesperian Blvd, San Lorenzo, CA 94580, and my overall experience was okay. The staff was friendly, but the busy and somewhat hectic atmosphere affected the overall quality of service. It seemed like the focus was more on mobile orders, causing longer wait times for walk-in customers. The drinks were mediocre, and though there’s a policy for remaking unsatisfactory drinks, I hesitated due to the already extended wait times. It appeared that the location might be short-staffed, leading to challenges in maintaining efficient service. One notable concern was witnessing a customer touching every mobile order cup, raising hygiene issues. Starbucks should address this to ensure a cleaner environment, especially with the increasing reliance on mobile orders. While the parking was good, the overall appearance and ambiance of the Starbucks could use a major upgrade compared to nearby locations. It would greatly benefit from more staff, improved hygiene practices, and an enhanced overall atmosphere.

The drinks are so good and the food there is too. Especially the cake pop. The workers are so nice!

No chairs, tabkes, plugs, everything is locked up, theft and assault in the parking lot, homeless peeing all over out the door, service is slower than molasses. 3 people in line ahead of me and my one drink order took over 25 minutes of me standing there.Parking: Busy parking lot, no parking available. Always have to wait any time of day and any day of the week. Reports of cars being broken into in broad daylight several times a week. Bold crimes on this corner.

This is the second weekend in a row I have ordered a drink on the app. The app says it will be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. Which is kind of long. Get there and still have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes. When you ask the person that is bagging the orders questions she is snappy. It seems like they either need more staff on the weekend or they need to stop taking app orders. At least that way when you see a line you know you are only waiting for those orders to be filled.

Probably the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to. Longest lines, slowest service ever.
