Update: Never heard from the owner. The “manager” attempted to take care of the issue, but it was a huge waste of my time. I will not step in to this establishment ever again beyond rude employees, with the derogatory remarks. This is what took place on 10-12-23. My husband and I walked in the guy at the counter said something, like what can I get you. (My husband had walked to the other side of the restaurant at this point) I ordered our 2 burritos and an order of churros. (The two employees making our food asked him a question (in Spanish) he replied…”the gringo” part in English part in Spanish, then continued about one burrito or two. WHY WOULD ANYONE MAKING MY FOOD NEED TO KNOW WHAT RACE they think we/I are?? There’s only one reason. No one realized I understand Spanish. I was so taken back I didn’t know how to proceed. We got our food and threw it in the trash. That’s when I phoned corporate, which was a waste of time as well. Then phoned the store. The “manager”stated he would investigate and let me know. Well…. Guess whatThe employee denied saying this offensive, derogatory remark as I had figured he would. Referring to a person in a derogatory manner is one thing, but before they make my food is WAY OVER THE TOP. This is an example of why the world is so divided… so sad! The manager offered a refund or gift card and I refused. I want absolutely NOTHING from ANY El Pollo establishment and will NEVER step foot in any of them again. And of course the owner never addressed the situation. (This is a shortened version)I would have left 0 for review, but it’s not an option.

i regularly go get a salad here and it is good but sometimes there dressing they give you in a container is only part of the way full, so i ask for another the lady who hardly spoke english who was at the register told me i had to buy more and get back in line to do so. usually the manager gentlemen gives me an extra as i like the dressing. this lady was rude and had very poor communication the other lady giving the food spoke zero english. the salad was dry and not as good without dressing. another note the store is filthy dirty floors dirty counters dirty and smelly bathroom which you can smell from the eating area. if you stand at the counter and look into the kitchen it is disgusting. food on the floor with trash and flies flying around. i have noticed in the past it not being very sanitary but this time was ridicules and unprofessional. the lady taking order should not be communicating with customers as she speaks very little english and her ascent was strong had to ask her to repeat her self multiple times as did other customers while i was waiting in line.

I always love coming in this store. Stay is friendly and they keep the store clean. Food is tasty and can be what is expected at any other religious services.

This place says it closes at 10 PM and when I walked up to the front entrance, at 9:05 PM, both doors had bike locks on them. Inside, I could see an employee, mopping the floor, and another one behind the counter. Business hours are not respected by employees.

First impression: I walked in and there were three employees in the dinning area off to the side having a conversation that seemed loud, the place was empty and most of the tables were dirty and the chairs were everywhere. I actually thought there might have been an incident that I just missed. I went to the counter thinking someone would show up and a young woman came from the back. She walked up looking at here phone and asked 'how are you?' but never looked up. I said 'Good how are you?' She didn't answer me, she just stood there at the register and looked like she was typing away on her phone. Another customer came in behind me and asked if I was going to order. I said 'She's on her phone, it might be an emergency.' He looked upset about it all. She finally looked up and said 'Sorry I thought you said you weren't ready.' then I said 'Actually I told him that you might have an emergency.' She then said 'I have a ? month old baby at home, everything is an emergency' I tried to smile or laugh a little to kinda support that concept that kids are a challenge but she kinda got an attitude that made me feel like I was interrupting her personal life so I just said 'I'll have a chicken and avocado burrito and a coke please' she typed into the machine and immediately began a conversation with her manager about going home early and the two of them were shouting through out the kitchen. I went to the soda machine and that area was a mess too. I thought we'll I'll eat outside because these tables are all dirty. While standing there waiting for my food a man rushed in and out with food, maybe a driver for a food delivery service? Another man came in and picked up food using an app and a code he scanned at the counter. My food came up and I asked the guy working what the scanned code thing was about and he pointed to a cardboard sign and that was pretty much it. My tray of food had the items I ordered but no napkins and the salsa containers must have been from a kids meal because they were not grown person sized. I didn't ask for the grown up salsas because I just figured they are all so over worked already that doing a decent job was to much work. The burrito had no cheese. That was strange to me. A burrito with out cheese of any kind? There were big brown beans large chunks of chicken and a pinch of cabbage or salad. So out of curiosity I opened the burrito up and dumped out the kids sized salsa container and hand picked the big beans out of the burrito to discover 5 beans for in the salsa dish. Hahaa! I wish I had taken a photo to show you folks and I would say I would do it next time but I will likely NEVER return there. The chips were stale, the staff was stale the place was messy, the burrito was oddly per portioned. I'd say go find a ma and pa business to eat at, these giant chains don't care about you or their staff and it really shows. Horrible zero star service.

Well it's fast food probably bet then most processed foods Chicken/Bean's & Rice feeds the world 1 concern having gone there is the place smells like Grease trap is backed up which is a nasty smell when sitting down to Eat so that alone will keep me away all 3 times I've been there in the last 6 months smell was present...

This place should have new management or close this location. It was very unsanitary and has been this way for awhile. I will not be coming back here and am bummed cause I really like their food except at this location.
