Good mex...no frills here. Portions ate more than adequate. They make there own mild salsa, but options with more spice are bottled. The cleanliness could use some support. I would opt for food to go next time. The better news is I would come back. Lots of mex choices on the central coast. This one is not on the main drag but their prices reflect that...good value for money. They have a few standard mex beers on tap including Negra Modello.

Good Mexican restaurant and service. Meals were served quickly and were hot. They got super busy so our guy had a lot to do!!! The grand enchiladas were really great!!
I tried the menudo and it was good. No odor in the menudo and it had a spicy but a taste of sweetness to it. It was a different taste than I have had but a pleasantly good one.

The epitome of "unassuming," Pancho's offered up hot and tasty Mexican food. Our choices were the enchiladas suizas, with a luxurious green salsa, and the chicken avocado salad, topped with a sliced avocado half. This is a storefront restaurant, adjacent to a Rite Aid, and the food was outstanding.

Out of all the Mexican restaurants in SLO, this is a hidden gem! By far the best I’ve tasted and most authentic. The chilaquiles were perfect, well balanced with sauce and still crispy. Menudo had a great flavor. I look forward to coming back again.

We love Mexican food and this restaurant fills the bill! Should’ve taken pictures of our food first, but it looks so good we dug right in! It was so tasty! We’ll be back anytime we are passing through.

Last week, our friends ordered a breakfast burrito and five ranchero burritos. Burritos were huge and very tasty. I just came in for a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was delicious same for the green and red salsas.
