Vegetable Butcher

I'm sad to hear Vegetable Butcher is closing. I've eaten here 5-6 times in the past two years and every meal was tasty and unique! I thought it was a great take on a popular concept. My favorite thing ever was the beet-chocolate cake (I'm dairy + gluten free at the moment). Please send me the recipe at least?!?! I hope you can move to a new location in SLO. Was there last month and enjoyed items from their updated menu. Was so surprised when I went there today to find them closed for business. Another one bites the dust in downtown SLO.

Ambiance:4.5/5 Food: 4.5/5 My order: (As shown in pictures) Fundido and chicken Taco. I really liked the chicken taco. Chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy from the inside. Very well seasoned and good crunch along with nice taste of dry rub that they have used. Recommended item from the menu. It comes with hot n sweet sauce. Works well with the taco.
