Came in yesterday and to the girl with fake eyelashes and long hair, the law requires your hair to be tied back not in our food. You're gross and shouldn't work in food service. Larry on the other hand was great.

The store never seems to be open on time. I have gone there a few weekends and every time I went if the store was to open at 9am it wouldn't be open until 9:20. I had to wait in the rain each time.

December 15th at 2pm. I ordered for my son a protein berry workout at the store. And when I gave it to my son 15 min later he told me that the drink was full of water!!! I ordered this drink hundred of times (not in this location though) and the texture was completely diffetent. It’s an expensive smoothie so I expect hight quality and not water of course. I will open an inquiry

I absolutely love Robert!! He is so kind and well mannered! He made my drink super quick wasn't even there for five minutes, first time that EVER happened by the way. We need more people like Robert.

(7/1 at 12pm) Should put to the gentlemen who as soon as you walk in he greeted us and asked how he could help us !! They have a great attitude and provide great service ! Order: Online order -mango a go-go - apple 'n greens The drinks were made quickly and they were so tasty and well made !!! Perfect for a hot day The ambiance was clean and they had the air conditioner on !!!
So let me start by saying the lady that served me and took my order was very rude. Not only did she have a bad attitude but I ordered a medium white gummy and it was served to me not even full it was 2 inches from the top. Normally the taller gentleman that works here fills it all the way up and it's super outgoing and polite. Today is Thursday March 2,2023 @ 1:30. Hope the staff is more welcoming next time I return. If not this location will lose a good customer

I've had a number of bad experiences with this location, the most recent being I went in when the shop was empty to order an acai bowl and came back 15 minutes later, only to watch 3 customers who came after me all receive their orders while mine was nowhere to be found. When I asked where my order was, I was quickly brushed off without an apology or explanation and the workers started making the bowl on the spot.To put into perspective how problematic this location is, I've watched a mall security guard storm in and confront one of the workers about their attitude from the previous day.Please don't bother leaving a lukewarm apology in response to this, just figure out how to run your business properly.
