Paola and Miguel have done an amazing job with the cake. The cake was so delicious and tasty our guests loved it. We ordered Neapolitan chocolate cake and it turned out to be the highlight of the party. Thank you cake shop for making our child's day special. I would highly recommend this place.

We have been ordering custom cakes from here since my son was 2 yrs old! The cakes not only look good but taste good, which is important. If you email them a picture of what type of design you would like, they are great about getting back to you with a price! We now started to order my daughters birthday cakes from here, in fact her 3rd birthday cake was a big hit at her party! Must try this place if you haven't already!

I ordered a cake for my daughter's fourth birthday party. She wanted a Peppa Pig themed cake. After scouring Pinterest, I found a couple of sample pictures and emailed them over to Paola and Miguel. They told me that they could make a similar design and I was just BLOWN AWAY when I saw the final product. I literally squealed in excitement when I picked it up. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was also very tasty as well. We ordered a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. I just ordered a few cakes for another birthday party...I can't wait to see what they will look like!

I'm crestfallen to have to write a negative review, as I had such high hopes and love cake pops. However with The Cake Shop being unresponsive, I feel like I'm out of options. After following all instructions - sending the request with details and images nearly 3 weeks in advance, getting verbal confirmation 2.5 weeks in advance and following up to pay for the order, I got no response via Yelp, email or phone from The Cake Shop. Then a week before my baby shower, Paola curtly informed me they can't fulfill my order. I was incredibly confused since it had been confirmed over a week before and I thought it was set! I wrote back and called and was able to place the order and confirm details again with Miguel, who had originally confirmed it over a week before. We confirmed all specs and details from the earlier emails and they were input into the order confirmation. I paid and we were set. Then just a few days before the date, I got another curt email saying details weren't provided until after placing the order (which is inaccurate, they'd all been included in emails weeks before and noted in the order itself in their system) and they abruptly cancelled the order. I would have been flexible with all requests listed. There was no attempt to respond, call or work through it - absolutely no care to find a way to make a compromise. Then they didn't pick up the phone when I've called multiple times to try and talk through it. Their number doesn't even give me an option to leave a voicemail. I've never written a negative review but feel obligated to share my experience as not having these cake pops will ruin my baby shower.

Make sure you know this location is not open! They do not sell treats in store and are open for 3 hours one day a week. Not sure if this is how it is and yelp and Google never updated or if this is new. Bummer, would have liked to try them. Just wanted to make people aware to not waste their time driving to location or expect to pick up single treats. Website stuff only, large quantity only it seems. Sorry to give it one star but I wasted my drive when it says it's open and pictures suggest you can purchase items there.

Had them make cake pops for my grandsons birthday in the shape of the pigeon from Mo Williams story book. They were perfect. Not surgery sweet. A big hit. Would use them again.
