Everything was okay but not the fries. While I understand that the nature of online food delivery can present challenges in maintaining the freshness of certain items, it is essential for restaurants to take extra care in ensuring that all components of the meal, including the fries, meet the expected standards.
i came here to write a review because it seems like its the only place where they would pay attention. The management here is a total JOKE. the manager is always flirting with the fryer guy and always up on him and she seems to not let him concentrate. i always come in the lobby and for some weird reason they're always together. last time the guy took almost 5-8 minutes just to give me a hash brown. I was able to catch his name because apparently he is a cashier as well. his name is Danny and i don't know the managers name all i know is that shes the manager at this location. this is a total joke if the upper management allows they're "trusted managers" to be dating and flirting on the floor and the guy seems way younger than her too. what a pathetic joke.

Location is good and convenient. I never have a problem with customer service, they are always quick and easy going. Will NOT go back to JITB on McDowell. WASHINGTON street has all my services. Thank you for your great customer service. It shows, keep up the good work staff.

I went there earlier in the week and they were joking about not having any coffee, as I started to pull away she said just joking. as if their ineptitude was something to laugh at? So I went there this morning to get coffee and the same girl refused to serve me and gave me the middle finger. You must be so proud!

When trying to hand my money to the drive thru attendant, the woman at the counter released my money and it went flying towards the street....after I had to get out of my car to retrieve it the woman was gone and it was a different person at the window. I said hello and was ignored. I asked if everything was ok and again I was ignored. I told him that his attitude is bad and this is why people don't like to come here, to which his reply was "Well don't come here then". Got it. Won't be coming to this jack in the box again, won't let my family go back either.

Ordered online through the app, I announced i had a mobile order and supposedly it was never received. Then between the drive thru workers they started trying to figure out the order, but apparently it was given away accidentally, and had me wait 30min for the food to get ready and didn't even bring it out, i had to go inside and get it. Very bad experience.
