The food is NEVER hot and barely warm. I can usually give my toddler fries straight out of the bag without cooling them off AND they don't have salt half time(yuck). I can easily be short a nugget OR 2. AND the app doesn't work most of the time there but will work down the way @the next location. They only get my business because they are the one McDonald's in my area that is open 24hrs and 4/5 of my visits are after midnight.

Good attention from the girl who helped meBeing 8 minutes past 5 in the morning, according to the manager, she proceeded to close the emergency door. It is something strange since it is prohibited by law and being in a place where anything can happen, it would happen that children were there and the unexpected would happen.Today December 24, 2023I don't know what she thinks, she's in charge of the place.

I have been to this location about 4 times since I moved to Richmond. Not one time have my fries been hot and fresh!! The fries are my favorite part of McDonald's but cold fries are disgusting. Today I ordered a filet o'fish, it had a miniscule drop of tartar sauce on it...I also ordered a McChicken that had no mayo at all. Come on now, get it together!
These people do not put salt on the fries and look at you weird when you ask for some. Nobody wants to eat a deep fried potato out the ground.

arrives every night to buy around 2:30am and 4:00am people say that they only accept cash that doesn't use a card I think this is absurd they always do that I don't understand Why they always only accept cash to pay at these times.
