I used Uber Eats to order a chicken pizza with the creamy Parmesan sauce last night. The pizza came with the sauce and chicken, but there was no cheese on it. I called this Pizza Hut to complain. I was told that there was cheese on my pizza, but I just couldn't see it, because the cheese was white. Then I was told that I should've ordered extra cheese ( which cost extra), if I wanted to be able to see the cheese. I can't make this up.Then the PH worker told me that they would deliver a new pizza to me. That sounded great and would make up for the cheese-less pizza that was delivered. I got a text from door dash saying that the pizza was on it's way. Then I got a message that the order was canceled. They canceled the pizza that they offered me. This was probably the worst experience that I ever had with Pizza Hut. Never ordering from them again.

We have been reading mixed reviews about Pizza Hut locations, but we are very lucky to have this local location, because the customer service is excellent, right after placing our order online, we received a call confirming our order! The delivery was super fast, and the delivery driver was very professional, friendly and courteous. Our order was 100% correct following our special instructions for our large stuffed crust pizza, and all items arrived at the perfect temperature, including the chicken boneless wings, and the cheese stick breads! Very impressed with the quality of Pizza Hut items, its customer service, and professional delivery drivers!!!

Sauce too salty. Meat flavor for GR.beef was way off. Cheese taste like mush. The only reason I left 2 stars is the cinnastix were delicious. Only reason I would go back is for the dessert. Pizza Hut just don't cut it anymore.

Ordered through Doordash because I saw the commercials on these Melts and surprisingly large portions for under $10 each. Great value.For the Chicken Bacon Parmesan, I did not use the ranch sauce. I liked both the CBP and Meat Lovers. The parmesan can feel a bit heavy. Overall pretty pleased with this product.
