I had went in there twice this week actually. The first time I wanted a breakfast burrito, we weren't greeted so we left.Today I went in there. Super starving right after hitting the club up. I thought she was on a phone order when I hear her mention her $24 credit. So we decided to leave. Had she'd been more customer friendly we might had stayed. Maybe if she had greeted us. But the atmosphere is rude they don't acknowledge you until you're leaving. I get better service from Holistic Healing Collective. Don't waste your time or your money. She didn't even acknowledge us until we told her she was too busy. Maybe if she had put the phone down she would of made more than her credit. Poor business, poorly ran. Rude people. Will not be going there. We went to Super Super Express Next to Jack in the box on Dam rd. Way better, nicer, they're ready to serve you and greet you. We even went to the smoke shop where they're ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE! But they've never made me feel as low as that woman did. Fire her. Disgusting. Will be leaving a review on Yelp too. Need to stop paying top dollar for poor service. If you can't greet your customers when they enter find a different job. Maybe McDonald's where you'll be in the back flipping burgers.

Had the carne asada fries. I like to compare them from different taco shop since they are my favorite. Meat and fries must be good! I can say the fries were great because of the size, cut and portion. I dont like mine too thin or soggy. The meat was very tasty and was also a decent amount. I could taste the beef and did not feel greasy or fatty like other places I've tried. I like that there was guac, cheese and sour cream. They top it with pico, which I think gives it a nice touch. And I recommend the hot salsa with it! Lady was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. I can see why customers have come in to become regulars like the one they have posted on their back wall. I was surprised by some of the ratings because it did not seem bad at all to me. But like someone else mentioned in the reviews years ago, maybe someone is being vindictive when they review a bad experience.

The sauce on my wet burrito was the ONLY thing that saved my burrito..the grilled chicken was either very old or overcooked, and was very dry and hard. My bad for not going to portumex. Had to put extra sour cream to get pass the dryness. Not worth the $14:50 I paid?

Came here to grab lunch, and got a burrito with chicken, rice, and beans. It was greasy and the lady who helped me was not friendly whatsoever. Came with some chips and no salsa. I was hungry but unable to eat my food.

This is a place that is always slow and unfortunately staff is rude. Restrooms are closed and no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. You’ll get treated better at Taco Bell.

I wanted this place to be better. Tried it a good half dozen times, and the final consensus is one star. Food: It's not bad, but the portions are small and it's by design. The place is stingy. I literally received 5 chips for the chips and salsa that came with my burrito, it was laughable like a portion you would serve a baby who's just getting started on solid food. Don't let the chips in the background of the burrito pic fool you, I paid extra for those.....Super burrito: small not super. Super Nachos: again small portion like one layer of chips deep on a plate no fork required to clean the plate. Service: Well you'd figure if you were getting slighted on the portions you'd at least get service with a smile right? Nope not here. The lady who takes your order literally does not speak. You tell her what you want as she looks at you with a face like her stomach hurts and then you go sit down. She brings your food with the same stank face and puts it on your table and walks away. If you need anything good luck, she won't ask and she's not even to be seen normally she's in the back with the cook doing whatever they do. Bathroom: Well at least the bathroom is cool right? Nah just another area of failure for this place. The bathroom has been "out of order" for months. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the bathroom one of the ladies let me use it before, they just reserve the bathroom for their own use.....

Trashy service, over priced for the quality and quantity of food. Purchased a super burrito was served a kids size burrito for the price of a super. Brought it to the host attention I was told it was small due to no beans. Asked the host for additional chips was told that once we ate the (10). Chips that the server would be happy to give more. I wouldn't serve my dog nor my ex-husband food from this restaurant $27.00 gone down the drain..... served 1 burrito for the price of two.
Food was not hot and was given 6 tortilla chips in a sandwich bag, with the 2 enchilada combination plate. There was also not much meat in the enchiladas. The sauce didn’t taste well and was a lil hot and salty. Now reading the reviews this has happened to several customers. Won’t be going back here.

I know a traveler who was in the area passing through - and the kind people who run this spot helped him out. I can't speak of the food but I can speak of the kindness... and for that reason alone this place deserves a try. Thank you Taqueria Los Cerros.

Well we used to go in here all the time and a lot has changed since then. I'm no longer in a relationship and now everything's different when I come here so sad... I used to come here for burritos and was overall happy with my visits. Before I did yelp of course. Today I went in and the prices kept changing when she was telling me how much the items were. Maybe we were both confused but she told me at first it was $10 for a pint of rice & $10 for a pint of beans ... then she said it was $6 dollars for a pint each. I didn't think menu prices fluctuated. Not a terrible place but I looked at the menu and it said around four dollars for a side. Maybe I was misunderstanding the price of the pint. But to my understanding it said on the menu sides of rice and beans $4 something. I paid $6 each .... The beans are amazing probably the best beans I've found anywhere ! I just don't wanna be over charged that's not fair :( . We never used to be so maybe this was a misunderstanding once again. I'm not sure but I'm sad. Would definitely come back for the beans !! Sooo good! Don't judge a book by its cover that's for sure ! Just seen on the menu they have a taco salad will be back to try that! Thanks for reading hope this helps!

I dont know why they have people like her working there. She lacks costumer service skills and ethics. Bi didn't get her name. I was telling her about my order was made wrong and she threw a fit .
