Love Chen's chicken salad, the dressing is really good and ingredients very fresh. Not so fried chicken sandwich is amazing, tastes just as good as actual fried chicken except this is healthier. Always excited to come to Mendocino, and this location has quick service, and the online order pickup is very convenient and fast. A good amount of tables, and the heaters outside are nice on a cold day. Shoutout to Joseph for the friendly service, and I'm looking forward to coming back next time.

I love coming to Mendocino Farms, especially this location in San Ramon. The salads and sandwiches never miss. Chen’s Chinese salad, not so fried chicken sandwich, and Thai mango salad are all consistently good! Lots of flavor, ingredients, and reasonable portion size.
The staff is kind and efficient with online orders. I want to especially give a shoutout to Joseph. He is very kind, and truly cares especially during the busy lunch hours. Definitely worth a visit to this branch!

I don't usually leave reviews unless I've had an absolutely positive experience. But this one was so good. I'm from Minnesota just visiting and came in for dinner. I ordered a Golden State Cobb salad and a not so fired chicken Sammie. The salad was so refreshing and the quality of the ingredients made it that more tasty. The chicken Sammie also was delish. The lettuce is crisp and tomatoes were big and red and just had the best flavor. Enjoyed it so much! Will who greeted me is so friendly and helpful being jt was my first time. He made this experience for me great. Also Joseph the manager came by my table to check in to see how I was enjoying my meal. I will definitely be returning whenever I'm in town. Thank u Will and Joseph! Also 11/10 highly recommend.

We ordered Sweet Peach & Goat Cheese Salad and a few other dishes to go. They forgot the bottle of water that we ordered and when asked they have us one but didn't feel sorry at all. The peach salad had unripe peaches that were not sweet at all. They were as hard as apples so not really good for a peach salad. It's the second time it's been disappointing for us in term of quality and service.
