Sandwich was good but it took 45 minutes. Are you kidding me? Our party went through 2 bottles of wine, and we were STILL waiting.

What a great spot to find while exploring the area. Perfectly pleasant setup to enjoy high quality food, drink, and gift options. I enjoyed an amazing Cubano sandwich on the patio while watching horses frolic in the neighboring fields. They had a wine tasting going on, and the vibes were a highlight of the experience. Will definitely make a point to return when I'm in the area.

Small, clean and convenient store to stop by after visiting the Hearst Castle. We got coffee, and it was okay.

Cute little store with a deli

Cute store and cafe. Grossly under staffed in cafe. Waited 45 mins for our order, and meal was cold after we brought it to the winery next door. And it was a Tuesday.

Yay, ... they are open!!! In the 1970's I had a sandwich and drink here. Today, it is wonderful to go inside and see the historic interior. Food is made with outdoor seating. I purchased two bottles of Hearst Ranch wine and a beautiful wool Pendleton Blanket.

Had an excellent lunch. They adpted a gf sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Hubby's was also excellent. Rest rooms were immaculate. Highly recommend

My recent visit to Sebastian's was disappointing. While the menu had some promising options, the overall experience fell short of expectations. We patiently waited for our food for an entire hour without any updates from the staff regarding the delay, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found the prices to be on the higher side for the quality of food we received. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of accountability from the deli staff. It seemed like they were avoiding us when it became clear that something had gone wrong with our order. Even when the manager came out to inquire about our experience, their response didn't convey a genuine concern for our dissatisfaction. In summary, Sebastian's had potential, but the long wait, high prices, and indifferent customer service left much to be desired. I hope they can improve these aspects to provide a better dining experience in the future.

We decided to have lunch here instead of the Hearst Castle cafe. Location and shop were nice, but the sandwiches were ??. We spent $45 for 2 sandwiches that weren’t good. Especially the meat loaf, a big no for us. I don’t usually post negative reviews but we were disappointed

Great little place to stop and get some gifts or have a beverage or a deli style meal out on their outdoor patio, or you can take it across the street to the winery and have amazing views of the water. The food portions are on the smaller side but who wants leftovers anyways when you’re walking around enjoying the beautiful coast. They also sell bottles of wine.

Those sandwiches were truly bussin’! Appreciate the cooks / food staff ??

Tasty sandwiches with generous portions of meat and veggies, yummy house condiments. Deck dining has view of the castle. Antique telescope is mounted out front for closeup castle view. Gift shop sells eclectic selection of jewelry, kitchen and camping supplies.

Very yummy food with a great staff and fun gift shop. Quiet in the middle of the week with a "special spot" vibe. Enjoy!

Cute spot with lots of potential but mediocre food and very slow service. Waited 20+ minutes for a sandwich and salad, finally had to go in and get the order myself. Beware if you have tickets to Hearst Castle. Budget more time than you think you’ll need if you stop here first.
