The burger was good, but not special. I think I was expecting more from a place with 4.7 rating. The shake was a 4.7, but the burger was a 4.3.

Great burgers ? at a even greater price! Both me and my husband ate here and paid under 20$ That's unheard of these days!Food was out quick and out for seating was nice. I wish we had one in Lompoc ?I guess they have been in SB for years but we never noticed them before. Tiny little building that you definitely would miss if your not paying attention.We will DEFINITELY be back for more!
My first self-aware thought as a wee babe was generated eating at Chubbies. Before Chubbies, there was nothing but after having one of their cheeseburgers, life began for me and I'm glad to return to Chubbies anytime I'm in SB.I grew up with Chubbies burgers and shakes, and I hope Chubbies will outlive me for the good of the community.Parking: Plenty of parking behind, never been an issue.

This is an original Santa Barbara Burger place. They have a limited menu, but you can't go wrong. Best fresh tasting shakes, good fries and fast service. The burgers in my opinion are better than all the other big name places, even the guys with the big yellow arrow.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options.
Chubbies is a small town version of In and Out. The patty tasted like it was frozen, if not, then cooked too hard. The cheese and veggies were amazing and overall flavor was good. The fries were a little hard/burnt, my husband loved them. The place was clean and the service was robotic. It was affordable and for that I gave it a 7 out of 10.

Theres something to be said about a cheeseburger from chubbies. I put down 3 of those things EVERY TIME i am in SB. The habit doesn't hold a candle to this place and chubbies makes n n out look like burger queen. Probably the GREATEST invention of all time is the cheeseburger at chubbies. Its a bigger deal than youtube. look at it closely. Never ever ever go out of business for the love of god do not go out of business,.
