I stop here every time I'm in Santa Barbara. Ollie makes a cacao, banana smoothie that I can't resist. Originally we came here for reishi mushroom spores. Got those and some special oils and teas.

I was running errands downtown today, and wanted to hydrate--came across this place. As I was waiting for a juice smoothie (blueberry, tumeric, coconut, chia seeds--delicious), the sweet owner Ollie gave me some warm elixir to drink on the house, as he could hear that I was a bit congested from the smoke from the Cave Fire. If you have a understanding or knowledge about wellness/nutrition then you know no place in Santa Barbara comes close to proving top notch ingredients then these guys. Your body and your mind will thank you afterwards.
