Really was excited to try out this bakery. Unfortunately the selection was limited at best. Perhaps it was the time we went between 2 to 3PM, and one day before Thanksgiving.

They did have one piece of their exotic which is one of the items I wanted to try out. This is a pistachio sponge and passion fruit concoction, which are two of my favorite things. It did not disappoint, aside from the fact that there was only one and I had to share with my wife and three kids.

My wife told me she ordered several of their macarons, but I can't offer my my kids ate it all before I could try them myself.

I've been here a few times now and have tried a number of different menu items. I've never been disappointed! The made to order items are just as delicious as the pastries. I highly recommend trying the croque-madame (a French dish, it's a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a fried egg on top). They make it on their homemade bread, which is nice and thick.

This little patisserie has always been busy even before covid, but now it's a longer line every time. They have tape on the floor as markers for distance/space while in line, they allow only one customer inside to order at a time and they've expanded their outside seating.
The few times I've been here since covid the servers are always patient and communicative if I've been waiting for my food. Due to the small capacity having people leave right after eating would be the best but, often people like to sit and chat. This causes less seating for the new customers and stress on the servers sometimes. I've been ordering to go because of this, but, perhaps if I go to the other location I'll be able to sit and eat.

Did a stop here during a road trip because it came up highly rated on Yelp and it did not disappoint. Everything was well made, authentic and delicious. Our latte was so good, you could taste the freshness of the grounds. Great spot for brunch or breakfast if you are in the area

Renaud's is a great little spot for breakfast/brunch tucked into a corner of Loretto Plaza. The service is unfailingly friendly and the owner seems really nice. They have a good chunk of outdoor seating, though you'll need to order at the counter, and avoid Mother's Day when it turns into a Beatles concert from the fifties. That said, the madness is well deserved because of the magic dust they sprinkle on their ridiculously delicious veggie quiche. In fact, I didn't even know I liked quiche until I had this dish. Actually, I'm pretty sure I don't like quiche, but I could eat this quiche 4 times per week. While you're there, treat yourself to a fresh baked macaroon or pastry and kick your feet up.

Came here during quarantine and it seems they have a limited customer entrance set up and ready to go. The parking lot is spacious enough and didn't find any difficulty with the shared lot. Apparently the raspberry tart is really popular as they sold out when I arrived around 11 AM on a Monday. I ended up ordering the apple tart, strawberry cheesecake, and lemon tart. The apple tart was very good, as it was not too sweet and had a really tasty streusel to contrast with the soft apple pieces. The strawberry cheesecake looked beautiful and also had great flavor. I was not a big fan of the lemon tart as the meringue topping had the strong taste of egg whites (maybe not that much sugar in it?) but the lemon filling was definitely tart and tasted good. Also, I had ordered an iced americano but the coffee beans might have been stuck in the espresso machine as my coffee looked extremely light in color and tasted more like water than coffee. Luckily, when I went back to voice my weak coffee the associate was quick to help me pour a new cup and checked the machine grinder to ensure the espresso poured out correctly. Besides these small hiccups, I can say the bakery portion of Renaud's seems very artisan and the pastries all look amazing.

Nice cute bakery. We had dropped chai latte on the floor by mistake. A very sweet young lady from the staff cleaned everything without any problem. I wish I knew her name, however, Great customer service!

Came for breakfast around 9:20 on Sunday morning. The pastries were quite good, unfortunately, our service experience was exceptionally poor. A girl taking our order was very friendly and helpful, but a guy named “Alex” making our order was rude, unfriendly, and profoundly unhelpful. He made us feel unwelcome and seemed to go out of his way to try and show us how stupid we are. And after all that, our order was not correct. I would have probably rated 4 or 5 starts if we came while “Alex” was not working. I understand people have bad days, but treating customers like that is not the way to deal with it.
