Very friendly staff. Following all COVID-19 protocols and taking appropriate measures. Only allow 2 guests inside for a pickup. Got cupcake pancake for my daughter to go and it was great with all the sides well packaged.
IHOP in general is 3 star dining at best. This establishment knows what it is and in it's existential awareness gives you the exact experience you are expecting from IHOP. This IHOP is the quintessential IHOP from which all IHOPs are molded.

Food was fine, but didn't like their on-line ordering app. No option to give a tip. What the heck. These people deserve a tip when risking their lives to provide us food. No option for text input. What if I have a special dietary need, or want a slight adjustment in my order. What if I want to give this exact input directly to IHOP? Not an option. I did get the FREE stack of pancakes offer the day after I signed up, so that was nice.
