So Subway sends out coupons in mail ads. Some places accept them and others don't. That wouldn't be the worst thing, but some places lie about this. They'll say they DO take the coupons until you get to the register, and then all of a sudden they can't. So then they try to charge you full price. The one at 956 W El Camino Real does the same thing. I really don't like sketchy practices like that--especially coming from a big corporate chain that can spare a few bucks here and there. Just go somewhere local instead.

I had someone very rude serving me. She was of short stature, a bit chubby, and white, not sure what her name is. She barely put meat in my sandwiches, barely covered the bread. And afterwards I asked to use a second coupon and she rudely told me that it’s not allowed even if I want to make a second purchase. Afterwards I asked for a cup of water and ignored me, after I asked two times again she finally told me to “just wait”, after she gave me the cup she told me I have to learn to be patient. That is no way to treat a paying customer, horrible attitude. If I see her working from now on I’m honestly just not going to purchase anything.

Their menu says you can build your own. So why couldn't I order a #10 with roast beef instead of ham? Instead she just doubled the turkey and said she couldn't do that. Why have the build your own menu then? That doesn't make sense. We should be able to order what we want. Anyway....I don't come to this one that often at all.

Worst service ever. I am going to complain to Subway Headquarters. I ordered two sandwiches online. I paid online and received an email confirmation that my sandwiches would be ready at 4:05 pm. I arrived at 4:05 pm and my sandwiches were not there. I asked the clerk and she said someone else already picked up my food. I asked her "how could someone else pick up the food, don't you check the receipt? She said yes we do. I replied that since I ordered from my phone, how could you give my food away. I asked them to make remake my sandwiches but they refused. The clerk called her manager and the manager also said "Too bad". Very poor customer service.
