Besides the good Boba Teas I get coffee from here on the way to work for night shifts. They have an expensive espresso machine on their counter for brewing it and they do a great job, tastes good and wakes me up! I usually get the iced caramel macchiato.

I would highly suggest avoiding this place. Not for its boba, but rather for its practices. From employee stand point, you should not be supporting a company that denies their employees their rights to overtime, lunch breaks, or any time off. In fact they negatively impact your work life for attempting to enforce their rights. From a customer standpoint you should be wary of their sanitary standards. Your boba may have fallen on the floor before it was served to you or your tea may have been tainted with chemicals. For your safety stay away, and for the goodness of the employees, don't continue to fund the company for devilish practices. Their manager has no place being a manager, considering her complete lack of experience managing anyone, and the owner doesn't know the first thing about following; employee, safety, or sanitation laws. (Sourced from personal experience) Edit: So glad you mentioned the cameras because there are PLENTY of times the boba is mishandled. PARTICULARLY when the owner/manager is making it. Example: Your boba falls out of the pot and into the sink, you still serve it to customers. Your "A" rating doesn't mean your perfect. For all those who are unaware you can miss 10 points and still score an A. It's all an act of, "Do everything perfect while the inspector is here" but continue to take shortcuts when they leave. Don't be surprised if there's a hair in your drink, because the manager and owners don't wear any kind of hair restraints in the back while they make your food/tea/boba. It's disgusting, disappointing, and frankly a huge problem for your customers. A message to the manager: I encourage you to dig yourself a deeper hole on this one.

This piece of f****** s*** boba place pretty much invented AIDS. This disgusting, horrible, OSHAA ridden fuckhole of a place is ran by the worst goddamn management a company with that little capacity could store. There are few and select good employees. The pina colada is aight tho. F*** this place.

Walked in, got the usual teen minded employee working behind the counter. Stood mindlessly in the front since i got no greeting and their body language showed it. Shouldn't have, but ordered a milk tea. Nothing special at all, light flavored tea. Wont be back

The ambiance and service is great here, but I've just tried so many other boba places that this place fell a bit short of my expectations. I had a honey milk (black) tea with boba. The tea itself was a bit weak. The boba had a decent texture, but tasted a bit like water.

Ew!! Boba master? More like Bobafail!! I can't believe they charge $7 for a "fresh fruit slush " with boba mind you it was extra for the boba and the slush literally tasted like syrup. Why am I paying extra for fruit only to get a drink that tastes like syrup and NOT fresh fruit?!? Then when i asked if i could get a milk tea which is only $5 to replace my syrupy artificially tasting "fruit slush" the owner was arguing with me stating that she can only remake my drink without syrup. She refused to give me a $5 milktea or a refund. I had to literally tell her my mom was a boba shop owner for 10 years in ktown and i know exactly what boba slush syrup tatses like and if there is any fresh fruit there is barely any. And she kept arguing saying no there's whole cup. Finally she agreed to make me a milktea. I just don't understand why she had to make things so difficult!! The employees there were awesome too bad this place is owned by a shitty owner!! Edit** IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! I understand that you prepared a fresh fruit slush that i ordered which consisted mainly of syrup. when I ordered a "FRESH FRUIT SLUSH", I expected it to taste like real fruit! As a business owner you need to be more understanding if a customer does not like the taste of your drink!! You did not "try to work with me" until I started getting loud in front of other customers! I had to say I don't even want your drink or my money and almost walked out. But I was seriously super pissed off at the fact that I just wasted $7 so I went back and had to demand the $5 milktea before you finally gave in to giving it to me. You really are not a smart business owner. Its 2019, you need to work on your customer service. Even the two girls that were there were embarrassed by your behavior and kept apologizing to me. How do your employees have better sense of customer service than the owner?! That's just plan sad. Also the milktea was way to sweet so I didn't even drink it seriously just wasted my $7. I hope you get everything you wanted in life with my $7.
