This was a random pick for me. Most of the items are similar to the other boba shops.ProsThe biggest difference is that, you can select the sweet level?. The ambience is good, you can order it from kiosk. Turn around time was quick. Baristas were friendly.ConsExpensive. Any medium is 6.75 and large is 7.50. Everything is additional 0.75 even boba pearls is not part of the drink ? whereas most of the other shops include it in drink.

I like that you can customize your ice and sweetness for many drinks. Great place to hang and chat with others.

Asked for extra crème brûlée foam, paid .95 extra for it, but was given hardly any crème brûlée foam. The dude just made excuses when I expressed my dissatisfaction, and didn’t even offer to fix my order.I’ll be sticking with Twinkle Brown Sugar Tea in Alhambra. They actually give you what you order.

First time visiting Gong Cha. We noticed that they have similar menus as other drink businesses. What I liked was they offered coffee reimagined with boba. They have a large inside sitting area. We will definitely return to try another drink in the near future.

It’s nice to finally have a real boba shop that goes back to the basics of freshly brewed milk teas. Although It’s Boba Time is good, I feel that it’s more friendly to people who want more smoothie and powder based drinks with okay boba topping. I got the earl grey milk tea with boba and pudding at regular sweetness. Boba was fresh and chewy with fast service. Although there are better boba shops with more offerings, for Santa Clarita though this is a huge improvement in variety of boba shops besides just It’s Boba Time.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I'm kinda obsessed with boba and this is hands down my favorite place to get boba. It's very convenient to get your boba, you order online and just drive up and they deliver it directly to your car. They have a lot of options for toppings and different bobas. My all time favorite drink is their London fog milk tea with boba and coconut jelly! Definitely will come back multiple times. :)

Really helpful nice staff but the boba tasted like toothpaste! So did the herb jelly. Cleaning product left in the storage containers? And the boba was slimy on the outside and hard on the inside. Couldn't taste the tea either.
Really nice Boba place down the street from us. Would highly recommend. We go here all the time and the their very nice.A+++

Went and tried this place for the first time; I ordered two drinks. I’ve tried places like Sharetea, Its Boba Time, etc., and my expectations were high for this shop since I’ve heard good things about it.The atmosphere of the store is decent, but not very comfortable. I walked in and there was a strong smell of chemicals (?) or maybe cleaners. After tasting the drinks, they unfortunately didn’t exceed my expectations. The classic black tea was good, not anything beyond super tasty— just standard. However, the thai milk tea wasn’t good. It’s probably the worser ones I’ve tasted as a thai tea lover. It almost seems like the drink is artificially flavored, not brewed, and it leaves a VERY strong corn syrup aftertaste. I tried my best to warm up to it, but I just couldn’t.Overall, I can tell the staff is very friendly, but the atmosphere and drinks itself aren’t as good as others make it out to be. If you’re looking for a boba chain with amazing milk tea and a super welcoming ambience, check out Sharetea!
I got a matcha smoothie and it was very delicious and earthy! My mom and I also shared the creme brulee mochi waffle which we both thoroughly enjoyed!! (I truly recommend the mochi waffle!!)
