Horrible!

I eat sushi a lot. This was not fresh and absolutely zero service. Do yourself a favor and find a better sushi joint. This is not it!

Food was just okay. The server lady today was NOT attentive and had some attitude. I asked what is difference between sashimi bento and kaisen bento, even showing the picture on menu. She explained kaisen has no rice, so I ordered. She asked brown rice or white rice?? ( you just explained it dose not come with rice and you asking what rice??) then oh there is no rice, but it comes with soup...I okayed. Later the bus boy served kaisen don which is like a bowl with plenty of white at bottom. I said this is not I ordered. I ordered bento though. She came back with the bowl with very rude face saying this is what you ordered. I said no, this is not, but she showed some attitude. I had a lot to say, but all other people's food already served and I didn't want to delay our lunch nor mess up our mood, so just took it. She did not apologize. This is your mistake! I would not go this place again. Owner need to retrain servers.

I've been here several times and this time their service was absolutely horrible. I have a service animal with documentation and I have him in a stroller and I was denied. I couldn't speak even speak to a manager. As much as I loved their food I'm never coming back here again!

I ordered 3 rolls and asked utensils for 3 persons. They gave me utensils for 2. But biggest issue was with the food. Two rolls were wrong. And third which are shrimps are undercooked inside and burned outside

The food was fine, the service was fine. The restaurant itself looked nice. But my main problem was that it was overpriced, especially the drinks.
I got the Kabuki Old-Fashioned, and the liquid didn’t make it over the fat ass ice cube they put in it. The glass wasn’t even half full, and it definitely wasn’t as full as in the picture on the menu. It was $14. I could’ve bought a bottle of Maker’s Mark (the whiskey they use) for $4 more.
We also ordered two rolls to go and it took longer for them to make than the rest of the meal took to order and eat.

I'm never disappointed when I come here. Most recently, I tried the dynamite roll and the hamachi sushi. SO good! The only downside is they use imitation crab, so minutes one star, but otherwise the food is great and the service is prompt and friendly, especially during lunch. Their tempura veggies are also really good.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free soy sauce is available upon request.

Food was great, bathroom could have contracted hepatitis and service was horrible. Asked to leave because my daughter was crying mid meal and other customers were complaining. We came at 3 when no one was there. "Corporate guy" had no sympathy and tried to gaslight why saying we weren't asked to leave and they want to create a good eating experience for the customers. Well I am a paying customer too and you claim to be kid friendly. Never going to this establishment again.

Kid-friendliness: Negative stars here. Kicked out because my daughter was crying.

Stopped by here to use the supercharger and needed some lunch. Inside was very pretty. However, the server seemed to be having an off day (but dont we all have those) however other reviews mention great service so perhaps this is just an edge case.

Food is not the most authentic japanese food but it will get the job done. Menu features the classic american-japanese style foods such as teriyaki, ramen and sushi rolls. We got the sukiyaki and teriyaki chicken. Portions are very generous. However, the chicken was quite dry and the sukiyaki a bit too sweet for my liking.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options (who doesnt like teriyaki chicken) and a kids meal set

It was SCV sushi. It's pretty much all the same. So, the service is decent, the atmosphere would improve SOOOOO much if they would just invest in lightbulbs!
I kept trying to find a seat that didn't have flickering lights!

FIX YOUR ELECTRICAL ISSUES! We were about to leave!

The bathrooms are INSANE and worth just walking into. I know how it sounds, but it is very unique.

The happy hour menu was nice.

Vegetarian options: Mixed tempura, rolls, it's easy.

Dietary restrictions: There are notifications on the menu

Parking: Giant parking lot, near a bunch of ducks!

Kid-friendliness: I would call this about as kid friendly as any other sushi restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy as could be. It's right next to an orthopedic clinic

Sushi bar was not as clean as sushi bars usually are. Sushi chef put gloves on but then answered his phone with same gloves. Also wiped the counter with same gloves. We were the only customers at the sushi bar on a Saturday night. Rice was stale, not soft at all. Hostess and waiter were friendly and attentive. Salmon sushi was good, hamachi so-so, and albacore did not taste fresh. I gave mine to my husband. Will not be going back.
