literally the worst little ceasars on the planet. the SLOWEST service. i ordered online and came 20 mins later and waited 50 mins in the store. genuinely crazy.

My experience with this Little Caesar's location has always been good. They are mostly on time with orders and the toppings portions always are generous.

Absolutely the worst pizza place in all of Santa Clarita. The guy manager in charge Sunday night was very rude and didn't want to service me. I went inside to pickup my pizza at the counter. There was a nice man with a beard (I think he was new) at the the counter giving me my pizza. I asked him if I could get a small cup of Parmesan cheese. He was so nice that and polite that he went to go get me some. I heard him ask is manager (whom the manager was standing where I could see and hear him) where the Parmesan was. The manager found it under the table where they make the pizzas. The manager then asks the nice gentleman, what do you need it for? The nice man said, I have a customer asking for a small cup of it to go. The manager asked the nice guy if I had paid for it. The nice guy says no but he could ring me up. The manager was rude towards him and said, "No, we are out of Parmesan, we are out." The nice guy came back to me and said, "I'm sorry, we are out of Parmesan." Now I know the nice guy was just following orders from his bad manager. He tried. But his manager is a jerk. I saw and heard everything while the manager held the Parmesan container in his hands in my view. That manager should not be in charge. He has no customer service skills. I feel bad for that older nice man that was trying to do the right thing. I also have more complaints since I'm leaving a review. Who is in charge of this store? It's a mess. The workers in the back were blasting inappropriate rap music that we could all clearly here in the lobby. The music said the "N" word a lot and was saying sexually explicit lyrics. There were 2 children in the lobby having to listen to this inappropriate music along with about 5 other customers waiting for their orders.Seriously! Who runs this store? Is there no discipline? Is there no leadership? I called corporate the next day but they said it's not a corporate store and they don't have control of it. Wow! Well, this store is ruining your reputation. They wouldn't give me the owner's information. So I guess Little Caesars just doesn't care about customers or their employees, or their stores, or their reputation. I own and run a very successful dine-in restaurant. If I was to n charge here, I'd fire the general manager who is supposed to be a leader and do things right. Then I'd fire theat rude manager on Sunday night. They should both be replace with more qualified leaders that emphasize customer service above and beyond. Heck I might just go back there to find that nice man trying to help me and hire him to lead my restaurant. Seriously! What is going on at this store? Are people not trained? Do these workers not understand customer service, customer satisfaction. Because I am one unsatisfied women. I will find the owners contact and I will reach out to him/her. Do not order from this store! I do NOT recommend this store. Rude manager. It's no wonder why this store has so many bad reviews and they just keep coming. Oh, and another thing, my pizza was raw and uncooked. Thanks Little Caesars. Horrible!Don't order here!

Do not eat here. My honest experience here we go. They don't answer the phone. They mess up orders. They are slow. The vents in ceiling are black and look like they haven't been cleaned in 10 years. Disgusting. Dirty lobby and from what I can see in the back where they make pizzas too. I watched the general manager lady tend to customers in the lobby and touching the register, then going back and making pizzas without ever washing her hands. Nasty. Some rude employees but I think it's mostly because they don't understand English. But I do watch them ignore customers in the lobby and I've watched them ignore the phone constantly ringing. That's revenue they are missing out on. I waited nearly an hour for 1 pizza to be made. I'm not coming back unless they get new management and some new employees with proper training including having a clean building. Does corporate not train these employees and managers? The food is not the same quality as other stores. The parking lot has trash that they ignore also. Do not order from this store. I do not recommend this store. All the bad reviews don't lie. The store on Lyons Ave does a great job.

Today is Wednesday 21. I came to Little Caesars by 5pm I ordered a pepperoni pizza with light sauce since my kids and I don't like the sauce so when I came to pick that up, it wasn't ready then when it was ready they did it normal with lot of sauce I had to hear my kids complaint over the pizza I pay 1030 something for my pizza not to be just the way I ordered. I guess they charge me for light sauce I don't understand why every time I go. It's a different price be back soon to show all the receipt's from this place. I don't know why they always change the prices and I order the same thing every time it's very weird. I'm very disappointed because now I have to take the off the sauce and still have a lot of sauce on this pizza I pay extra for not to have sauce is not ok ... they keep the receipt so I can show but I will bring the bank statements to show every time I go is different price over charging people . Everyone there is not nice I will show pizza with so much sauce pictures .. I will no longer come here

RUDE!!! I ordered a crazy combo for breadsticks and they don’t want to give me the damn sauce come on then why did I pay more this is such a rude location no sense of customer service they really just don’t care customer service line has me on hold for 45 minutes just to speak with someone I will be avoiding this

Little Caesar's on Bouquet is great. Prices for a quick lunch or dinner to feed a family or the office are great. Menu choices have really improved. Always hot when I pick up.
