I'm going to give an honest review on the food.. Really can't mess it up! It was delicious. but my 2 star rating is because of the staff. I believe it's a general manager that is always here working and is never in a good mood. I deterred from leaving a review last time I was here because I thought she was having an off day but this is the 3rd time I see her aggressively speaking to staff. Belittling and even to customers. Even mentioned It to the other manager or supervisor that her superior had yelled at me. If you can't handle the pressure in hospitality maybe you should take a mental break and reevaluate your position. This individual makes it hard for customers to want to come.back

This was my first time trying Pei Wei and probably the last. It wasn't awful food but was bland and almost totally lacking flavor. Their orange chicken hardly had any orange taste. The egg roll was soggy and also devoid of flavor. Don't waste your time, money, and taste buds on this place.

Not very good. My first time here. I thought it can't be much worse than Panda Express, I was wrong. Very bland bowl, hardly any chicken, too many bell peppers, but generous on cashews, rice was not cooked all the way through. Will not return.

I hadn't been to Pei Wei in years due to the one closest to where we used to live closing down. I decided to go in tonight since it had been so long and I was so disappointed. The quality of the ingredients has gone done immensely. I ordered the honey chicken. I remember it used to be super crispy and delicious. Tonight it was just soggy and the chicken itself was rubbery in texture. Nasty. I tried my best to find good pieces of chicken so I could actually eat dinner, but with every bite I got more nauseous. I emailed corporate tonight in hopes of getting a refund. Hoping that works out because I truly did waste my money. I would not recommend eating here. It's been about 4 hours since I ate now, and I'm still queasy. I don't think it's anything serious... just an unsettled stomach from the super sugary sauce, chewy chicken, and soggy texture.

I feel bad giving this place 1 star, but I don't want someone else to go and spend their hard earn money on something that is not flavorful and delicious. I had been wanting to try this place for a while but always ended up going to the same place we always go to ( which I won't mention) but it's descent. So any way, the food was bland, this is the worse "Chinese food" I ever had in my life. We spend a lot of money because it was a big group, and the money doesn't matter when you are treated nice and the food is authentic, which is not! I'll say it again This is not AUTHENTIC! Chinese food that's why it's terrible. I got my fill from this place and I will never go back and I could never recommend any of my friends and family.. sorry
We ordered Pei Wei through one of the food delivery services...first time eating there and we generally enjoyed what we got. Since he hadn't been in the restaurant before we didn't realize the entries were essentially single-serving meals (whereas when we usually order Asian food it's family-style portions.) So we ended up getting a little less than we thought we were getting...this is more of a note for the future rather than a complaint.We shared Honey Seared Tofu, Firecracker Tofu, Chicken Fried Rice (without the chicken), and Mongolian Green Beans.As a vegetarian, I really loved that there were so many tofu dishes to try and that I could sub tofu with almost anything else. The Honey Seared Tofu and Firecracker tofu were good. The Mongolian Green Beans tasted good but may have been cooked a little longer than we would have liked.Everything tasted fresh, arrived hot, and tasted good enough that we'd definitely give it another try. (Though maybe ordering one more dish.)I do wish they had a meat alternative like a faux chicken or beef as an option for the meals instead of just tofu.Glad to have discovered Pei Wei!
