Led zepagan Cover Band. 4/22/22. The opening act was a joke. A place like this should not allow bands like this one. I would have rather watch more videos. It was one of the worst bands I’ve seen. Then when the tribute band began it was so loud I couldn’t hear anything clear. Music should not be so loud that you can’t hear the singer. You start low and bring the band up. Not the other way around. I left after 2 songs. It was hurting my ears. You need a sound man that can make the band sound like an album, not like a hole bunch of 15 year olds playing at a rehearsal room.

We held an event for about 300 people.Paid and booked well ahead of time.Disaster! They were severely understaffed with 2 servers and 2 bartenders only.Minimal kitchen staff. As the guest waited, for over 1.5 hours for a meal, they realized the kids meals had run out.Several of the guest helped out to pass out the food. There was more guest serving food than there was actual paid personal. The food was cold and lacked flavor.Honestly,I would not boom an event here ever ever again.

We bought a table, 10 seats, for New Years at $50ish per seat. No big deal. Because we purchased a table, we were required to purchase dinner at a cost of an additional $39 per person. No big deal. We also bought drinks separately. Again, no big deal. The food was average at best. The waitress did not know who to serve each dish. It was confusing, but...no big deal. We just wanted to have a good time. The table next to us did not order food. I am not sure how the Canyon enforces the requirements, because supposedly dinner was required in order to be seated at that particular area of tables, but I digress.Nevertheless the evening went on nicely. We were not served dessert. No big deal, but we did want the chocolate cake offered for dessert. At some point we realized they had possibly given our cake to the adjacent table who had not eaten dinner. We asked for our dessert, nicely, as it had been quite a long time since they cleared the plates from dinner. The waitress was rude, said they were out of the cake and we could have ice-cream or nothing. She also said they were going to have us move away from our table to the back of the restaurant. This was not mentioned on the ticket. The ticket we bought indicated the table was being purchased for the evening; bands and DJ afterward, along with the required purchase of dinner. Obviously, we purchased the table in that location for the evening. Still she was quite rude and they wanted to move us to the back in order to clear the dance floor. From our perspective, there were numerous tables on the dance floor and no room for all of those people in other locations. There were definitely no 10 person tables in the back. What? Poor planning on their part? I don't know.We asked to speak with the manager, who promptly came with a bouncer, who stood over to the side. Almost hilarious, mind you, I am a women into my 60's and my husband into his 70's with a table of adults, including a physician, nurse, pilot and other professionals. We were drinking, no one was drunk or belligerent, The situation was at that point, ridiculous. The manager, who had zero situational resolution management skills, proceeded to make escalating, rude statements in order to defend the establishment. We ended up with no desert, not moving tables and she brought me a drink on the house. As great as the bands were I would not recommend this venue. Younger people, who could have been accused of doing or saying anything, simply because they asked for the manager to resolve the situation caused by a poorly trained waiter. Situations could end badly there. The bouncer coming with the manager was beyond ridiculous. The manager constantly made excuses for the situation the restaurant caused. She was sorry "but".... rather than," here is a solution", or "what can I do to make this ok". Where is the world going?Beware of this venue.

Great venue to see a lot of the bands from the past and great Tribute bands to. Happy we have this in Santa Clarita.

I went to the Canyon last night to see a missing persons with a friend. I went to order us drinks at the bar, and was surprised to find they were $22 apiece but they were deadbolt so I went to head and paid it the waitress took my $50 bill, but never gave me my six dollars change. Instead, she turned around and waited onthe next person in line.I was in line for a very long time, and I knew my friend was thirsty, so I let it go and went back to the table. But the more I thought about it, the more I wondered if she had done it on purpose or was it a mistake? I should have gone back and asked for my money, as I was going to tip her anyway, but I let it go. If one of the female bartender's drawer with six dollars over last night, you will know why.

So went to the Canyon for a show last week and the restrooms were an absolute mess. No Toilet paper, soap for hand washing and nothing to dry my hands. So I'd recommend if you go to this place bring your own Toilet paper and soap, UGH

The inside is not good for the live shows they need better sound acoustics, and the food was cold on arrival. Inconsistent service.

Great place for music!!!Bartenders were friendly and made good drinks.Tons of parking as it is located in a huge shopping center. The entrance is accessible as it is street level.

Awesome concert. Very good atmosphere but the mixed drinks could have been better.

I don't remember ordering a trick. We attended the Halloween party last night, bought "VIP" tickets, was supposed to be a vip bar etc, what a joke, guess the Canyon is having a hard time hiring. Had to wait 25 minutes to order a drink. Terrible DJ. Had to buy a $40 mediocre dinner too. Special performers? Who? Total rip off. Left early to enjoy good drinks and great music at home. Almost forgot to mention that the entire place had a stench of meat that has been out too long. Like a meat market you walk out of because it just doesn't smell right.

Just went there for the Halloween party and the DJ was the worst ever. If you're a DJ and you see the majority of people on the dance floor not dancing you might change it up but not this guy. I will never go back to another Halloween party there. We left early because the DJ sucked so bad.

I understand problems happen but this place is ridiculous. Waited in line more than an hour when I was told I HAD to be the by 7 to eat. Perhaps a computer went out. Like I said things happen. We were packed like sardines. You had to walk sideways to get to your seat. All the chairs were touching and you couldn't sit without moving your neighbors chair. I couldn't turn my chair to face the band. They obviously only cared about more seats. Never mind the discomfort of their guests. Fire Marshall anyone? I had to ask several people to move to go to the bathroom. Gave us food, no utensils. Forgot my salad. When I did get it there was next to no dressing. Waiting an eternity for a cake that tasted like it was made from sand. No towels dry my hands. Forced gratuity. I could go on. None of these things separately matters a ton. I will never come here again

If they would just stop playing games with the ticketing/reserved seats/dinners etc. this would be such a nice place to see a concert. But rather than simply selling tickets at an appropriate price, they have this cynical and complicated"dinner required" scheme for most seats, that makes it annoying and difficult to attend, as most reserved seats require you order a truly ghastly meal that no restaurant would feel good about serving. (Clue that they aren't serious about serving edible meals: they won't even post their menu on the website!) If you buy GA tickets ahead of time, they harass you into a seat upgrade cost, regardless of how empty the seats are. The end result of all of this is that I end up not bothering to attend shows here anymore. The whole place feels like some time-share condominium scam rather than a legitimate nightclub, despite the fact that they do book some great acts.

Fun date night!! We really enjoyed our time spent at this showcase last Saturday night. We got to see the Bee Gees tribute band up close & center in the front row. Our table also included a delicious dinner at a separate price. All in attendance were on their feet dancing the night away. The performance was great, servers & bar were fast & friendly. It's a little pricey for dinner & up close seating but very enjoyable. Not to mention the bar/Karaoke across from them made for the perfect way to end our evening!!! Highly recommend!!

I saw my favorite punk rock band TSOL here on November 5, 2021! I met Jack, Ron and Mike - I had met Greg and Antonio on earlier dates. Attending this show meant the absolute world to me as I got to see my favorite punk band UP CLOSE AND IN PERSON ON THE STAGE!!!!The Canyon Staff were very polite and nice to me, I ordered a few beers however I couldn't afford their food because it's very expensive but a friend bought me a super sick TSOL hat!! I was DoorDashing in Southern California at the time and this night was just a dream come true!!! Greg Kuehn even gave me a copy of the set-list and i got my LP of Beneath the Shadows signed!!This place will forever remain a heavenly memory of mine!
