I came to pick up an order and asked for bbq sauce. The guy working named Alex looked at me like I was asking for the combination for the safe. He asked bbq sauce? For what?? I said for the customer who asked for it. He looked back and had to get verification from another worker in order to give me the bbq sauce. It felt awkward, and they didn't treat me like I ruled... Please learn customer service and be courteous to customers.

Horrible! Ordered two small cokes and a small onion ring. More than $10. Small drinks were $2.99 EACH and tasted SO BAD that neither of us could drink them! Thankfully we were able to get rid of the Horrible taste with the onion rings. How do you screw up a coke?????!!!! No wonder they're losing money. Compare quality (drinkable!) and PRICE to McDonalds' $1 drinks! Absolutely undeniable.

Soda tastes like chlorine, food was as expected. These companies really need to pay attention to the quality of water used in their drinks, this is far from the only local fast food restaurant with this type of problem. Disappointing to order the 1 soda a month I allow myself, only to have the water ruin it.

It's a fast food place, so the food is exactly what you'll get at any other burger king. But what you won't get is a roomy, comfortable place to eat. Typical guests are homeless, rude and annoying, but the staff is great. Use the drive thru before the city removes them all.

A good fast food restaurant. I ordered through the app, the food was ready a few minutes after I arrived and given to me by a friendly and helpful worker. My burger was good considering it seemed to be cooked in a couple of minutes.

The women that work here are amazing. They are hard working, food including the fries are always hot. There can be six people in the drive-through and you'll be through in less the five minutes!
From the coke freestyle having very few options to the "have it your way" logo. They goofed hard on us, ordered a number 5 meal with the meat on the side, instead we just got a burger in a box, a bun on the side, and the meat was undercooked, and in the confusion they stiffed us on our fries.Would never visit again.

Got the giant pack of chicken nuggets and got zero sauce. Was supposed to get four sauces of my choice!Whooper had no onion, no tomato, no lettuce. Spicy chicken expensive sandwich was gross ? and tiny and again no lettuce and no tomato. Just squishy small chicken covered in strange yucky sauce. Looks nothing like the photos in real life and not crispy in any way.I called to ask why zero sauce for nuggets? Got food last night around 10 pm for a late dinner. Let's say the food did not stay down long..food had an over fried flavor and everything tasted dry. Just finished throwing up the last of my food :-/ 6:00 am. Bad start to a long stay here :-/Improve please...
