Had a business lunch here with about 8 colleagues. We waited a long time for a table, but once we were seated the food came out fast and everyone enjoyed their meal. The chips and salsa were excellent, some of the best I've had. Great location and nice view.

Pricing has been raised. Is now just two expensive nothing fantastic about the foodcost that much. An update my daughter ordered a hamburger off the kids menu it came plain she asked for lettuce and tomato, they charge $1 for a piece of lettuce and $1 for a slice of tomato. I ordered the taco asada and was charged an additional $4 for the meat! Two small house margaritas came to $18 WTH I told my family to not ask me to bring them to this place to eat ever! I rank them minus zero .

My girlfriend and I had breakfast there. The food was very good. The waitress was nice and polite. The view was of the beach and ocean. What more could you want.

First time trying their breakfast and I have to give it to them. Loved that they had both Mexican and American food options, from omelettes to chilaquiles. Tried their asada plate, they allowed me to do half potatoes half beans which I topped w/ queso cotija. Everything was delicious. I would definitely come back on a weekday to try the mimosas. The ambience is nice since it's right by the beach and the service was terrific.

They charge a 10% service fee even for take-out orders. And they'll ask for a tip on top of that. The staff don't inform you of this and it's not stated on the take-out menu. The food and service is mediocre, but the price is low given the location.

Nice views on the pier and ocean, if you can turn your head away from the scrumptious breakfast plate in front of you.
