Not a real ramen. Came here due to the positive reviewsIt’s in a food court. Ordered to dine in but served in to-go plastic containers with the toppings in a separate plastic plate. Cheap short wooden chopsticks and a little spoon, no condiments. Pork chasu was hard and bland. Chicken karage was tasty but the ramen only a little bit better than instant noodles. Overpriced for a ripoff. Just buy instant ramen from 7/11

Kaito is such wonderful ramen and sushi. I sure do miss their 41st location but am grateful they found a way to survive the pandemic and moved into the mall. Their ramen is my favorite for a cozy night at home with a movie. I love the spicy miso raman, spicy garlic and black garlic raman. Also their gluten free ramen is not just rice noodles! Its really great!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free ramen !
Tonkotsu ramen broth tastes like it was mixed with cream, so it doesn’t taste like tonkotsu ramen… Shashu pork was okay, but the portion is miserable. Japanese curry was good. Spoons are ridiculously

My Half eaten spicy garlic ramen had to pause to give this business some well deserved recognition. Very friendly service and delicious ramen 10/10 give this place a chance if you haven't tried it.
Food was delicious and open when I needed it! Most places are closed around this time that serve this good of Ramen nearby.

I got a small piece of meat the size of a half deck of cards. I’ll never order here again for 16 dollars. What a rip off. I’ll go over the hil.

I used to get ramen at Kaito when they were near pleasure point. Now that they are in the mall, I've order sushi twice. The mall food court doesn't have the greatest ambiance (perhaps take the food to go), but Kaito's sushi is AMAZING & really cheap. It's fresh & tastes delish. Highly recommend it. I look forward to trying out their ramen again.

I really wanted this to be a good ramen spot. Being a local in Santa Cruz there are no places to get ramen so when I saw this place with 5 stars I was excited and gave it a try. Very disappointed, the soup had a terrible aftertaste kind of like the smell of a barnyard and they only give you one piece of meat which was at least tender, little to no veggies and some soggy seaweed. This did not scratch that itch, really hope they figure out whatever’s up with that aftertaste.
